Focus on being friendly with women first. Just get to know them as people. If you feel an attraction, put it on the back burner. This will remove a lot of the pressure you feel to communicate specific feelings. It will also give you better insight into how different women respond to certain displays of affection, as well as what YOU'RE comfortable with showing.
