I think the majority of the damage was by the alcohol. If she were sober she would’ve moved her head or positioned her body to absorb the concrete much better. She’s plastered so not only is her reaction time obliterated, but she probably didn’t even realize she was going down

Agreed. Took 3 of us to cuff this guy on meth. Cuffing someone who is sober and resisting is hard enough. Stun guns work great as a form of discouraging resistance tho. You don’t even have to apply it!
