Hey op, there is no such thing as screwed in life. When you hit a low, highs will feel much better. See this situation as an opportunity to start working on yourself. Once you started you will eventually see improvments and let me tell you that there is nothing more empowering than seing improvments. Hey Op, See, you will have less time but this only means that you will have to manage whats left better. Think about any passions you have and start a side hustle, think about where you wanna go in life and work towards that goal. And dont make any excuses.
