I think limitations are very healthy and necessary. Imagine if you were already a tall, handsome, high IQ, well spoken guy. You would probably be blind to the concept of improving yourself for the better. And yes, that is how i hamster my limitations.

Framing yourself as leader of the group when first starting out in a new job sounds like a terrible idea. If you want to be able to apply Machiavellianism, you at least want to have a solid understanding its core concepts. Study it. When first starting out, i would focus on getting a solid overview of the workplace hierarchy and forming tactical alliances and making friends, while also filtering out the fools. In regards to RP principles, everything applies, just dont shit where you eat.
