1	Starting to hit serious plateaus lifting after 7 months. Just change your workout style. Don't do the same plan for more than a couple months. The plateau comes from your muscles getting used to the work. If you're not even getting that sore anymore, it's a good indicator to switch. Switch between 5x5s and 4x12s or other programs. You can also add supplements. Try drinking BCAAs during the workout, chug a shake after, drink a double scoop shake right before bed. Maybe add creatine.
