Don’t do it. Sell the house, cut your losses, and MOVE ON. You probably won’t have your kids full time, so having that much capital tied up in a house you don’t need is ridiculously stupid. Carrying debt in the form of a mortgage for a house you don’t really need is retarded. You’re being emotional, and it will ruin you.

Relying on Karma doesn’t help him NOW.

No. Get her disbarred. The record will show WHY she was disbarred and it is unlikely that she would get alimony. Or, just get someone to make it clear to her that she either backs off and gives you what you want immediately, or she will be disbarred.

How old are her kids? Maybe there could be some leverage there?

Wow. Does your vicious STBXW have any kids?

Why can’t you leave?

Honestly, I can't believe this man hasn't put a bullet in her head already. What a saint. Hang in their buddy. I know it might be tempting, and some may even say it's justified, but don't do it. Pack up what you can, and just leave. Ghost her and the local courts. They can't really enforce anything outside the state anyway. Learn to hide assets and become judgement proof.

Hit them with a protective order and you will get sole custody of the kids, and they can only get phone call visitation. Request the court also order them to complete a full psychological evaluation. Demand child support and spousal support if you can get it.

That is WRONG. Courts will give full custody to the woman, if the woman alleges abuse or just a fear of the man. You need to go on the offensive and get a protective order against the narcissistic woman, and ask the court require that she submit to a full psychological evaluation.

You are getting divorced. Accept it. Now take the steps required to minimize her ability to harm you. What state are you in? Could you pursue annulment? Is there any joint property or debts?

What did she “take,” specifically?

Honestly, stories like this make me wonder how men refrain from going postal on their STBXW, her lawyers, the corrupt judges, etc. Men who’ve been through a custody fight are the new war heroes. Seriously, it’s like they went to war and suffered in the trenches.

File a police report regarding her physical abuse and threats to kill you and your son. Plead for a protective order that safely removes her from the home and allows her to have regularly scheduled virtual visitation via Skype only. Plead your case for permanent child support and spousal support since you'll be a single father with a small child to raise alone, in constant fear of your abusive and controlling ex.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
