Construction site that has not followed safety standards regarding railings around exposed holes for pending staircase install. The train of thought is that the trespasser assumes the safety risk of entering a construction site. But as construction sites are a regulated standard, the trespasser could not have assumed the risk of something that shouldn't have existed by law in the first place.
