Information is addicting, I have the same problem. There is this burning desire to learn everything but after learning some of the main topics I lose interest and half-ass my way through the rest. The most important thing you have is time and resources, invest yourself completely into a subject you like and do not give up. I am doing this now with social issues/ Financial markets and I am learning a ton of information, which incidentally is also helping me to start a business. Remember that no o…

That too was my sentiment when I was originally introduced to TRP. My mind was filled with plate spinning and nexting. After acting like this for a few months, I realised being a cynical piece of shit is not doing wonders for my general well being and started on my own path. Incorporating RP principles I am now in a healthy relationship with my gf and we make each other genuinely happy while being ourselves.

Redpill tells you to be your own man. The posts here are only for reference so we can avoid their mistakes and see the signs. TRP is not telling you to not get married, just reminding you of the risks invovled so you can protect yourself appropriately. If you have thought it over well, just go for it.

This is a very interesting view, I honestly have never considered it from this angle before. However when the woman is unhappy in her marriage, lets say it's because it's boring, what changes will she initiate? Or will it be up to the man to "fix" the marriage? Because that is what usually occurs in popular literature and /r/relationships, /r/deadbedrooms. The marriage is stale, man will try for therapy, vacations, exercise, giving more time to the wife. I rarely see this from the other prespect…

As most women makes the financial decisions in a relationship, I can totally see this working if you can get them to enter a car show.

And that strategy centers around getting men to be in charge of the relationship. Which is in line with what TRP teaches.

If you are unhappy, it is on you to make yourself happy, it is not Trp's responsibility, it is not stoicism's responsibility. Don't like being a cynical asshole? Don't be a cynical asshole, there's nothing in stoicism or trp that tells you to be a cynical asshole. There's a whole spectrum of personalities in life and everyone falls into one of those categories.

First things first, you are looking for validation. You should know the problems with that. Second, the first commenter has already taken the pill and is presenting the information in a more easily digestable manner. Anyone reading that with 2 brain cells to rub together should already have gotten the gist of the message. Your adding to the conversation at that point is just premature exposition and will actually impede the growth of those reading the comments, especially to those hostile to TRP…

If men can give away dick like women can give away pussy (objectification), and women have the sex drive of men, most women will be drowning in a sea of dicks being handed to them on a silver platter and spoonfed to them with a golden spoon. Chinese aren't redpill at all, with the imbalance in male:female ratios they have going on, they are getting more and more bluepill everyday. They used to be redpill due to the last generation pulling themselves out of poverty by any means neccessary, but now its all going the way of all modernised societies. You want redpill, you go to South Korea. We see the pussification happening there as well from the TV dramas, but theres a more balanced mix of masculinity and tradition for men there.

This post is bad and you should feel bad. Hypergamy is not due to education, it is the natural(genetic) way of things for both men and women, affected only by social education and risk for the behaviour. Hypergamy in Iran is curtailed by one simple thing - stoning / ostracization from the entire community. And that shit is fucked up.

~~ “I’m very monogamous,” she said. “I’m a total sucker for love and all that romance stuff. I wish I wasn’t.” Shae was talking about a 21-year-old she met after moving to Colorado last year to pursue a modeling contract in Denver. The guy worked on a weed farm where Shae picked up some side work. They fell in love, moved in together, and a couple months later, she found out he was secretly married to a girl back in Texas. Who was pregnant with his kid. The guy eventually left “to get a divorce”…

There was a documentary on the front page here not too long about that was talking about the differences in gender, made by a Norwegeian. It pretty much states that females and males are wired differently and while there are overlaps in the occupations, the number of females rushing to fill the shoes of a predominantly male occupation (systems focused) will not increase any time soon unless they get a lobotomy. Same the other way around (interpersonal relationships focused occupations). An even …

No, there's always the possibility his classmates could just be total pricks. But as he probably needs to participate in group work, he needs to at least demonstrate value (by being the best in class) or fit in to prevent getting shat on by the rest of the class. After giving it some more thought, I think this issue ties into the mainstream view that men are supposed to be the providers of pleasure, as well as the one taking an active role in sex. However, women are rarely the instigator of sex, and is often portrayed as a passive receptacle of pleasure (how many movies show women giving blowjobs?). This creates a mental image that women, to borrow a term from Patrice (may he rest in pimp), are the fuckee, while men are the fucker. This implies that if a…

Exactly, his responses were not witty, humorous, or even intelligent. There was a multitude of things he could say to defuse or redirect the situation when the woman didnt give him her name and he basically just went "huh?". If I own the house, I'm more inclined to remove everything valuable in it, pack up her stuff, change the locks, go to some place public with her, and tell her, "this relationship is making me miserable, it's over between us. Come over and collect your stuff." Then wait for it to blow over.

To add my 2 cents. Working a job is good and all for the short to medium term, but always look to exit the job market and start your own business / investment. You are always at your corporation/ boss's/ market's mercy in a job, and only when you are in charge of your cashflow that you are truly in charge of your life. While I am not the OP, I would like to try to explain as I understand it. Children are, at some level, a natural drain on resources, the husband drains resources as well so he is a "child". However, as you have said, children are more complex than that. The act of using this comparison on the husband is not only demeaning to the husband himself, but also demeaning the value of the child, as the wife in this situation is simplifying the child's role as just another drain on her resources.

Did you listen to the show when they had Yameneika Saunders on? That was hilarious as fuck, Patrice came on too strong, Yameneika went full attack mode, and the show degenerated into an extremely entertaining shouting match. While Patrice was almost 100% crazy aggressive reasoning, I think Dante Nero had a better balance of aggression and reason, he managed to calm Yameneika down on his show and she was agreeing to everything he said by the end of it.

No sure how true that is, but I think that gender disparity in the armed forces will result in a higher chance of sexual assault on the women. Imagine a closed off micro village in which everyone is constantly under stress and most of the men have high testosterone and there is a huge gender disparity. It's basically a huge drain of resources and will impede the effectiveness of the armed forces if you have to pull people out of armed combat or put them on the sidelines until you have free manpo…

As long as she has a healthy body and >good exercise habits<, it's fine. One of the things that I used to argue about with my ex is that while she did dancing and yoga while she was young, she completely refused to do any form of exercises now that she's in her 20s and I can totally see her puffing up into a shapeless blob once she hits her lowered metabolism stages. She keeps going on about, "my legs are sooo thin!" And I'll go in my mind, "yeah, but your body has Zero Definition and when you b…

Anyone actually read the article? It seems to just be a training issue: However, Greg Jacob, a former Marine, says women can build the strength they need for pullups, and he has seen it done. He served as a Marine infantry officer in the Balkans and Africa, and now he works for the Service Women's Action Network, a group that advocates for military women. When he was a Marine trainer in North Carolina, he required his female instructors to knock out pullups just like the guys. "At first, a lot o…

As always, the redditors there have never understood it's never about common sense and society, but doing whatever the fuck you want and owning the shit out of it. Male movie stars wear makeup, they dress stylishly, they go to spas, basically every single thing in that post they can do and not only they will not get called out for it, it'll become a fashion statement. This reminds me of a buddhist story about the Chan monastic, Dajian Huineng -The Patriach of the monastery once asked his students to write him a stanza. One student wrote: (Bodhi refers to enlightement) The Body is a bodhi tree, The mind a standing mirror bright. At all times polish it diligently, And let no dust alight. Upon seeing this, Huineng asked someone to write as a reply: Bodhi is fundamentally without any tree, The bright mirror is also not a stand. Fundamentally there is not a single…

It's not about marriage, it's not about declining libido. What many men do not understand is that sex in marriage is about arousing your wife, and if you cannot do that, your marriage is going to go down the drain because she is not attracted to you anymore. And that is why conversations with your SO about not getting sex will NEVER WORK, unless she can articulate her attraction, but most of the time women don't know what turns them on, it's YOUR job to find out. tl;dr: Sexless marriage? Just fu…

My thoughts on Buddhism is that it teaches a mastery of self through compassion. Basically think Ghandi. But it is also a pragmatic religion in that it understands everyone's path to Nirvana is different, but as long as you act with compassion in your heart, your actions will be just. Correct me if I'm wrong, that's what I understood through my limited contact with the religion.

Since you seems to be stuck in the military route, if you haven't already, will you be able to apply for something like an air force mechanic placement? How is getting you to go through the military route to pay for college an exploitation? Have you seen college bills nowadays? Remember what we are talking about is GENERALISATION, the book is generalisation cause it helps the conversation so when it happens we can go, "oh yeah, that's what we have learnt". But understand this, not all women are the same. Already one poster have talked about his wife's difficult childhood, my ex has gone through poverty as a child and she certainly couldn't go "D…

Seriously though, after listening to first the Black Phillip then the Beige Phillip, then going back again, it was obvious as Dante said that Patrice had an anger issue with women. It was this anger that helped him get "Bears", but if that was the only thing you were exposed to in pursuit of self growth, it can be really toxic to any relationship.

Keep making her happy, making women happy is what men should do. You're stressing yourself out by thinking you have to maintain frame and assertiveness every single moment of the day, I did that with my last relationship and it crashed and burned, now I know to let my partner share the decision making process with me taking the lead if it is important to me, and will look for her opinion on some of the large decisions if it is too encompassing. But I always understand that my happiness is not de…

I think many of the posters and you have neglected the fact that Intelligence and IQ is actually malleable and depending on your environment, will change as you age. With that in mind, low t =/= high IQ/analytical skills, and high t =/= average IQ/analytical skills. Also, considering your argument about smartest people leading the world, and low t being a dominant culture. I believe that this might be true at the management level, but at the executive level, if you are not alpha enough, unless y…

I think the definition of amoral in this case is that some people will see one action as moral while others will see this action as immoral, but we recognise that everyone's values are different and the action alone does not have a black and white definition of its morality. So for the sake of the discussion, we choose our own side of morality but remain open to ideas from the other side.

Patrice O'Neal has a great joke on why he fucking LOVES his dog more than his woman. Recounting the joke from memory here, so bear with me abit. Paraphase: So he was going to bed one day and he looked at his woman and went, " I love that bitch", then he saw his dog and went, "I FUCKING LOVE my dog!".
