I disagree with your analysis. Judging from the other responses I think others do too. As I read the OP it was about suggesting that anger intended to be directed at misandrists be directed at them and not at feminists.

I may have missed it in the article, but a potential reason for this correlation is that since there are fewer male teachers, then (assuming teacher 'goodness' is normally distributed) there are likely fewer bad male teachers. As a result, children may rate male teachers as better simply because they have had fewer bad male teachers, and not because males are better teachers as a function of sex.
