4	Healthy dating and marriage should not be this exhausting I think that mindset is a disadvantage to you and if you instead focus on having the time of your life on your own and practice mentalising your ideal relationship and how you want to be treated, those will become your standards and your barr. You have to start by showing yourself the most respect and standards first.
