If the Plaintiff didn't like the opinion they got they likely just wouldn't disclose it to the defense (it would be work product and would be protected). Less likely in this case because they got a court-ordered psych evaluation, so defense would pick up on the fact that the opinion wasn't favorable when the expert wasn't called and call the witness instead.

Rule I heard was to interview one step up from the regular everyday wear at the job you are interviewing for. Dress too high and they'll think you would feel above the job, too low you aren't taking the interview seriously. T-shirt+Jeans>Polo+Slacks>Shirt+Tie>Full Suit

Most US states him being the husband OR on the birth certificate is enough to get parental responsibilities (child support ECT.) AND rights regardless of anything else.

It's probably a flex space, can be used for round table meetings by pushing the desks together or more like a classroom for the brain washing and brow beating.

It's not dining and dashing if you leave someone to pay the bill.

Other way maybe? Married to spouse who has brother that records consent? (thus OP's Brother-in-law)

Amendments become part of the Constitution when ratified. Article V: which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified

Not that the lawyer can do anything if he can't serve the defendant. Can't owe alimony if you are still married.

In my area even Walmart is up to 10 an hour starting pay, despite 7.5 being Min.

The parent comment does not mention a court of law, only a university kangaroo hearing. (Or even just administrative punishment with no hearing of any kind.) If you could provide a sauce for the him being found guilty I would love to see it.

I think you miss understood, he said saying reverse racism implies that racism can never be against white males, any racism is just racism, be it against whites/blacks/purples.

The "facilitated communication" sounds very hokey to me personally without knowing more details. I mean I could "facilitate communication" with a dog and "steady" the paws to type whatever the fuck I want.

Referring to the subreddit that attempts to find a mans place in an increasingly feminine world. /r/theredpill Takes a really animalistic approach to the (mostly reproductive/sexual) motivations of men and women. As such some people tend to find it offensive and feel that it's an attack on the agency of women. The material in their sidebar is worth a read unless you are hyper sensitive to anything that challenges your worldview.

Nope I live in the US and have driven a car since I was 18, only really able to reasonably use public transport when I flew out to St. Louis and used the metro to get from the airport to the city center and back. My city even has a metro bus system (one stop a mile away from where I live), but the pickups are too infrequent and unreliable.

That is where the public transport comes in, unfortunately lacking in most of America carland.

Naw he needs to confirm that she was serious by going through with the act to do that. He'd never convince a jury that she wasn't just joking otherwise!

It's not the woman looking for the money it is the government. She listed him on a welfare document and received money from the government, the government is trying to recoup this money from the defendant and a default judgement was issued because he didn't show up to the trial despite being (supposedly) notified by the process server while he was in jail. A warrant was then put out for his arrest for not paying the judgement against him. So he basically needs to get a mistrial or something beca…

The default subreddits are where they are, the most viewed part of the site, it gets much better when you just ditch the defaults and make your own FrontPage.

"That's when they were attacked" How about that's when the victim decided to not let them continue assaulting him without defending himself. Beating them while they were on the ground was bad, but not worse than what some "peace officers" do.

Go to the bank and explain the situation, it is very possible they would retrieve the car for you (you are making the payments the bank owns the collateral) and possibly arrange selling the car to pay off the remainder of the loan.

Rights protected by the constitution (and amendments) =/= rights given/granted by the constitution. (this is probably most clear in the second amendment, "the right ... shall not be infringed" not establishing the right, but providing governmental protection for it) All people still have these rights based on their humanity.

They probably meant something more like: Women that think men use preselection when evaluating women, do stupid shit (in attempting to get the man they've selected). Essentially qualifying the word women by what the women is doing/thinking.
