If it's Hilary, then the Feds will probably be even worse. The real problem is this Federal Title IX. That needs to be repealed.

"A judge on Jan. 21 ordered a psychiatric evaluation for Barnes, court records show." So the judge has already set up her defense. They'll say she was temporarily insane and let her go.

I think problem is that people are not treating false rape allegations as seriously as they do, actual rape. Just because one happens less frequently doesn't make it less important.

I see your point. The problem is as a man, I am not allowed in any way to touch a girl regardless of her actions. If she punches me in the face and I come back with an overhand right, I will be in jail. She might get a slap on the wrist. This way I can get her to stop hitting me long enough to get some distance. And it is legal.

I prefer pepper spray. Women will use it. Fight fire with fire.

True. As angry as we might be, we have to remain calm and rational in our arguments. These "feminists" are just waiting for any guy to make blanket statements so they can point it out with righteous indignation. They don't care about double standards or injustices on the other side because it doesn't fit their narrative. The more calm and rational we are, the more crazy the "feminist" arguments will get until eventually, even the sympathizers will have to take a step back and see them for what t…

Congrats to the guy. I hope his accuser gets punished. I commented about false rape accusations in another thread and somebody replied that "it balances out due to the all the women who have been raped and we're not believed." SMH.

Seriously these young girls need a serious education on right and wrong. Regret is NOT rape! Learn the fucking difference. These bullshit accusations need to stop. At least the article didn't print the accused name.

That's why we should be mad, because people are taking these psychos seriously.

Have any feminists commented on this video yet? Or have they gone "radio silent" as usual, in these scenarios? I imagine they would ask what the husband did, to make her do such a thing.

I'm sorry you're going through this. I know the court system is fucked up and biased against men. Is there anyway to get a story on the news about this? If you have no criminal record then the what the judge did should technically be illegal. Please man for your children's sake, keep fighting. Maybe crowd funding for legal battles. I know it's a stretch but just maybe it could help. Good luck man. We're all with you!

From what I understand the "feminists" like to refer to not being able to vote back in the day and the gender pay gap. Of course I disagree with those arguments, but I have heard some people use those examples. Basically anything they can come up with to argue that injustice has been done to them, so now it's their turn to do it to us. One that really irritated me recently was Hilary Clinton saying that women are the primary victims of war. SMH.

This modern form of feminism is not about equality, it is about revenge. Since women have been marginalized in the past, now they want the opportunity to do the same to men. They don't want equality they want revenge.

At least the detective was a woman so they can't cry sexism. Next best choice is to complain about police intimidation.

Wow. This whole "rape culture" thing is getting out of control. Innocent until proven guilty, no longer applies. Scary times.

Yep. And we are not even allowed to bring that up, otherwise we are labeled as misogynists and rape apologists.

"Anything can be done with words, just as good as violence." Too bad this woman didn't know that. Hopefully that headshot on the pavement will knock some sense into her. This video makes my head spin.

"My baby has cancer." That is so shitty, to use cancer as an excuse here. That really angers me that she would say that. And why is she taking a baby with brain cancer to the movies instead of the hospital? WTF?
