Yep, my wife of 24 years lost about 125 lb over the course of 2 years on Zepbound (5 ft. 2 and got down to 106 lb....way too damn skinny. She was having an affair with her gym crush that lasted about 8 months before I discovered it and divorced her. He dumped her a couple months later.

There are no rules. Date when you're ready. That will be different for everyone.

I went pro se. She had a lawyer and I kicked their ass. Got 50/50 on custody. No child support, no alimony, and she's cutting me a check for $100k within 60 days. All of this against her lawyer's advice.

I feel you brother. In the end for me, I became our kids' babysitter (and primary caregiver of our severely disabled 13 yr old son) while she was out having her affair with her Temu-edition gym crush (unbeknownst to me until she said "I want a divorce" seeminly out of the blue). Rant away; you've earned it.

She is still with him, yes. Not sure exactly when the affair started, but she acknowledges at least February of this year. She said she wanted to "separate" and work on our marriage in April (but never stopped or disclosed the affair). I found out about affair on July 25 and filed for divorce on Sept 12. She is now publicly "in a relationship" with him (according to mutual friends who are not blocked yet) on her FB page. Remorseful? Hah. She's gloating. That's what narcissists do...

I have a different GLP-1 related divorce! My STBXW of 24 years (28 years together, 2 minor children 13 & 11). Gained a little weight that fluctuated throughout our divorce, but got real heavy at one point (253 lbs at 5'2"). I never cared, always found her exceptionally beautiful and desirable. 2 years ago she started taking GLP-1 (Zepbound). Lost 125 lbs down to a low of 109 lbs. Started going to the gym 5x week for 3 hours per night, while I stayed home and took care of our kids (one special ne…

I told my immediate family. And a very few close friends. And I didn't have to tell anybody else in our shared circle of friends and our close and small community. She left me for her affair partner, and before we even filed for divorce her Facebook page was already littered with pictures of her and him getting drunk at cheap dive bars. Today I posted pictures of my son and I at his special Olympics bowling event. Which she did not attend. Tonight she posted pictures of her and her boyfriend out…

Very similar situation. This new year's eve will be our 24fh anniversary, together for 28 years. We have two boys, 13 and 11 - one of whom is severely non-verbal Autistic (I have always been his primary care giver). In April she asked for a separation. After some digging I discovered her ongoing and at least 6 months affair with her gym crush younger guy. I did all the paper work and negotiations without a lawyer. Her lawyer reviewed and tried to get her to go for a contested divorce and get mor…

Realizing all the last times you'll ever do anything and enduring the first time you'll be doing things differently and or alone... It's been a death by a thousand cuts.

Grok AI has been a life saver! I just got Grok on my latest software update for my Tesla, and she talks me through a lot of shit (we did a guided meditation yesterday evening while driving them home from the drop-off at their mom's house).

I feel you brother. We just finalized and signed our Marital Dissolution Agreement and Permanent Parenting Plan today for a lawyer-less uncontested divorce based on correct differences (even though she had an affair starting in April and left me and our tow boys, 13 and 10) to be with him). Well likely file it in the next couple of weeks. Tennessee has a 90 day cooling off period when there are children involved, so it will be near year's end when the final divorce is granted. Our anniversary is…
