Yeah but think about who will pay for child care if father's don't? The government? Taxs fund the government so we'd be paying for any child a father doesn't want to pay for. No charity can foot the bills. There isn't any other alternative options I'm seeing people can get behind.

The article did say qualified women. So if they were qualified meaning they could do the job but still excluded then it is discriminating. But then it says they failed strength test therefore was excluded and that is fair. Confused qualified but still failed their test

If she was aware and functional then she was able to give consent I'm going to assume here. Can't be 100% because 2 shots is different alcohol levels for everyone. Just save all communications you can if this turns left to prove it was a consenting act. But honestly she hasn't accused of anything so don't freak out so much.

Yeah I'd have to agree. A commenter brought up the question can men be sexist other men and technically no. Sexism is a ideal one sex is superior than the other sex. It makes no sense for a man to be prejudice and think he is better than another man when both are men. I'm not sure what the term is for that but it can't possibility be sexism it doesn't fit into that definition at all

1st unfortunate situation but I'm sure someone like this wife had obvious red flags that your brother didn't heed to. Aggravating factors. She went after a disabled man and was told before to stop by his brother and mother and ignored those warning. She knew he could not give consent to act of sex and decided anyway. And the fact she was in a position of power. It just screams manipulative person to me.
