Obviously I didn't mean actually retarded. But the idea that men are better evolved and more capable of making decisions at a governmental level is pretty stupid. I would certainly need a lot of evidence to start believing something as ridiculous as that. As far as Sweden goes, I neither know enough about the situation, nor do I care to know, as it is entirely tangential to your point. Your source saying women shouldn't be allowed to vote is entirely opinion based, provides no data, and is gener…

Makes sense. I see what you mean with regards to that. I'm not sure that's the point I thought you were initially making, but props for the sources and for admitting you needed to calm down a little. I know the feeling.

I agree that part was poorly worded, but you will note that he did say "people have been trying to push women into better paying jobs." None of what you claimed he said. What he was trying to say is that there are already plenty of institutional practices trying to encourage women in STEM positions. The idea that women are being discouraged or overlooked by universities couldn't be more wrong. At my own school, we have an entire scholarship just for women engineers. Also you would do well to sto…

Merit > proportional representation. Here here! For most if civilizations uprising, women had little to no power political and we were just fine. A fair argument, I guess. For some it might even be worth arguing that allowing women to vote and have power did more damage than it did good. Uhh, gonna need some convincing on this one, but still not misogynistic. Look at Swedens femenist government..they literally disfigured the country demographically forever. Increase in sexual assaults and crime …

Who said women were inferior to men?

Lol, they weren't able to argue anything you said, so they had to resort to "oh yeah? You believe women are inferior??" Meanwhile no one said anything of the sort. Smh

Dude you are obsessed with Brad Pitt. He's old man. Not even Angie's sucking his dick anymore.

Just don't let that attitude get in the way of actually becoming good at sex. Word gets out pretty quick if you're a cheap fuck who finishes in 2 seconds, or just pounds for 15 minutes, finishes and falls asleep.

There's a chance that that's what she wanted to do, if she was a totally insane person, but there's an equally if not more likely chance that she wasn't doing that. Why would you screw yourself out of the possible chance to meet a woman, just on the off-chance she's trying to use you for some kind of validation? Even if she was, wouldn't a real man just suck it up and say fuck her?

The moral of the story is that you don't have to be an asshole to women to date them... Just willing to take a leap and not see yourself as unworthy of their affection. When you see a shot, take it, but be mature about it.

No. Not at all. I'm just pointing out that everyone in this thread seems to think that male victims of abuse are being completely ignored, but that is simply not the case. Yes it's fucked up that the first thought is that men are the abusers, but that doesn't mean they're not aware of men as victims.

The Men’s Domestic Violence Helpline is a state wide 24 hour service. This service provides counselling for men who are concerned about their violent and abusive behaviours. The service can provide telephone counselling, information and referral to ongoing face to face services if required. This service can provide information about accessing legal advice, accommodation and other support services for people who have been served with a violence restraining order. Information and support is also a…

I'd ask why you were being downvoted, but then I looked at the sub. Really, I get why it looks bad, especially since the first thing it assumes is that a man looking for domestic abuse help is looking for help with his own violence issues... but it's not nearly bad as everyone in this thread is making it seem. Honestly guys, if you want to fight serious men's rights issues, you should at least examine more carefully the things you're making fun of.

I'm sorry, the words used and the overall tone of the article (being frustrated with women and berating them for their misconceptions with men) made it seem like that was what you were saying. I apologize for jumping to conclusions about what you were trying to say.

I agree with everything you said, except the physical intimacy part. I feel like there are definitely situations where I would be with a woman who is not physically intimate with me if it were not her option. If she's not having sex with me without a good reason though? Yeah I'd be a little hurt and probably not be okay with that relationship.

Looking at this subreddit, there are definitely some people who are just venting their misogyny but a large majority of people are just legitimately concerned with mens' rights issues. You come into this board with an antagonistic attitude, of course you'll be met with the same. Is it right? No, but to expect otherwise is just naive. The whole reason why this board exists is because there exists a large movement for the advancement of women's rights, but when someone tries to do the same, people…

Male, and I'm glad you've clarified the fact that a relationship is more than sex, because that's not the vibe I've been getting. I'm not saying sex is a bad thing, because I love having sex with my girlfriend and she loves having sex with me. If she stopped having sex with me for some reason, I would probably still be with her. She means more to me than her vagina. Granted, if she had no reason to stop having sex, we'd have an issue, and if it were the fact that she didn't find me sexually attr…

So basically if a woman stops giving sex to you, you stop considering her worth your time. Her only value to you is the sex that she provides to you. Basically treating the entire opposite sex as a method to gaining sex and nothing more. That's what I have wrong with this attitude. It's okay to like sex, but to literally treat women as sex dispensers and completely ignore any other reason for having a relationship with one (have you ever been legitimately in love with a woman?) is immature, cold…

It doesn't have to say "all men", there are a number of occasions where the OP refers to "Men" as if there's some sort of general consensus. What particularly disturbed me was this part: "Sex is the base of a relationship to us. If we’re not having sex with you, there’s no relationship or point. There are however exceptions to this, like after you’ve given birth and/or are medically ill. But in other cases, if you’re with us and not fucking us, the relationship is pointless and a waste of time."…

While I agree that feminists are more commonly antagonistic, you're not helping by being equally as antagonistic in return.

It just comes off as overall ignorant, playing into traditional male stereotypes ("All we want from a relationship is sex" really now?) and assuming a bunch of negative female stereotypes. I get where he's trying to go, and I agree with a lot of his headings, but he falls short in the justifications. A lot of the time when he says "all men" I feel like he's talking about himself, because he sure as hell isn't representing how I feel.

I don't get it, is this a problem? If you forcibly attempt to penetrate someone, is this not attempted rape?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
