Its a cultural thing dude. I'm Canadian (ironically my mother is Nordic) and we do the whole short-sentence thing here and have lots of re-offending. What works in Scandinavian cultures isn't necessarily going to work in Anglo-Saxon cultures, no matter how similar they are.

The worst is people using their kids as an excuse for not keeping fit. Like yea, it gets hard when you have young kids, but you can still train pretty often.
