My situation isn’t as dire as yours but it’s pretty rough in Canada. I suggest representing yourself if you can handle it. Hire a law firm to make sure you make the correct filings and don’t miss any deadlines. You telling your own story in your own words will always be more powerful than a lawyer speaking for you.
