See my reply, I don’t have all the answers, not even most of the answers, but I’m confident that focusing on mental and physical wellbeing is the ultimate key. It generates energy for yourself which is radiant and attracts others, opportunities, etc

You have a good mindset which is the key to everything. Don’t get too down on yourself. Focus on improving yourself in every aspect - fitness, perception of reality, gratitude, interests, passion, communication. Whether the girl comes or not, stays or goes, doesn’t matter in the end. Because the only thing that’s with you from day 0 to your final day, is YOURSELF. So long as you understand that and prioritize mental and physical wellbeing, nothing else matters.

You should also understand that aside from the physiological benefits of working out and tending to your body, the mental fortitude you develop from that prioritization is very helpful in how you carry yourself and your interactions with others.
