That seems like a school policy, not a state law. As stupid and unjust as this is, he didn't get punished by the "justice" system, though I'm sure some cunts would have been thrilled if he were. Also, I believe this took place in Ohio, the name of the school says Cincinnati, which is where Fox 19 is located, and Ohio also has a Glendale.
