Not sure there is much you can do unfortunately. Best thing to do is learn from his mistakes but it's his daughter and his issue to resolve. Maybe your mum is best placed to advise him?

Oh dear OP, this is such a sad post. Don't waste your time with phone sex, get out there and make things happen in real life.

It's ok to feel down but what happened is really common. She dumped you and quickly got pregnant by another man. She's really not as special as she feels in your mind and you need to remember that. Focus on yourself and this will all go away in time. I've been through it several times and it felt awful in the moment. Now I don't feel a thing and I'm happy with my life, partner and beautiful son. All of which represent a huge upgrade on the exes. Very cliche but time heals, use the current time t…

It's made up. As soon as the legendary engineering spiel was rolled out it was too close to the standard narrative.

Way to bring a negative to what the guy achieved. Well done fella on making it through the course and congratulations on maintaining a happy relationship with your lady, even if she isn't under 30 and a Victoria Secret model...

There's a wealth of self help books you can use, cheaper than a counsellor by far. You need to alter your mindset. I've read SUMO by Paul mcghee. Stands for shut up move on. Good, accessible starting point. Good luck buddy.

Easy. Just learn to bite the bullet and step outside your comfort zone. Go for the girl, if not this one then the next, worst that happens is she rejects you and that's better than not trying as at least in not having the girl you know you tried.

Not sure from your description that they did anything racist, they just weren't into you. Put the race card away and use your man card!

When I started seeing my woman 7 years ago I paid on the first date and now we take it in turns. I pay for stuff for her when she's short and vice versa. She paid my professional fees for CISA. There's nothing beta or alpha about this arrangement, it's just a sound relationship built on mutual respect. Paying on a date does not make you weak or beta unless you're doing it because of obligation or you think she is better than you. The red pill is great, but it's not all black and white. Shades of…

Blah blah. You ask her out on the date you pay. She asks you, she pays.

Clean shaven men look ridiculous. Men, not boys, have facial hair and look better for it. If you want to look like a minor that's entirely your prerogative, however, I'd guess the majority of male sex symbols are typically not clean shaven and there is also little to no negative effects to having facial hair in western culture.

I did. UK, I was 30 she was just 22. Christian girl, stunning good looks and well educated. 6 years on we have a beautiful son and a nice house together. Not all women are like that, but the overwhelming majority are in my experience. She's certainly the exception to the rule.

This is good advice. I know a guy made very ill through over usage of creatine. Do some research before starting any such diet and exercise program. A dead pill is not better than a blue pill.

Agree. Too much of the swearing for the sake of it on on this forum. Comes across as try hard. Otherwise advice in post will be useful to some. Thanks for posting OP.

Does saying fuck improve my SMV? I've noticed extreme use of this word and can only conclude it must make the plates wet and therefore easier to clean.

They make sure to take you roughly with a large strap on at passport control. If you show a hint of pleasure they throw you off a tall building before throwing bricks at your battered and broken body. Allegedly.

My point clearly states not everyone will benefit but your reading comprehension missed it. Without all prior learning and education would Stephen hawking have got to the same place? No, he needed education to further build on it. Plenty of geniuses who don't fulfil their potential due to lack of educational opportunities.

Limited being an alternative word for low. Barely used reddit till yesterday, it's a pleasure to fit in. I bet you're American...

I know what you're saying, but I think you're proportions are off. David Beckham did not benefit from education, however, Stephen Hawkins did. I think it benefits more people than it disadvantages. It's a step in the right direction but still needs drive to optimise the results.

The stats being swayed bit. You're really not very bright and are a perfect poster child for why people should get an education.

Anymore conspiracy theory? Agreed education is not necessary for a bright future, however, more often than not it helps more than it hinders. You should learn to write properly though as rightly or wrongly people perceive your comments to have less value.

No, not at all. I just didn't glean much of value from the post. Doesn't mean others felt the same or that future posts will be of little value. Just my opinion fella.

Agreed grammar was poor. Also, for me at least, your post was kind of irritating and had no real point, writing for the sake of it.

I think you just need to step outside of your comfort zone, trying to achieve all that on your birthday with your current mindset may be setting yourself up for failure, which isn't necessarily a bad thing as RP states learning to approach and handle knock backs is key. For your birthday night splash out on a decent escort perhaps to experience what your life may become once you are fully red pill. Now use the birthday as the day you fully embrace red pill methods and build from there, keep a lo…
