I have only worn them with jeans and leggings. My BF picked up some skimpy sweater dresses which I haven't tried on though.

Don't. Because I am not wearing them in a deliberate attempt to give you a boner. I just feel really confident, empowered in them and will still wear them regardless. Guys sucking up to me is just a bonus ego booster.
