My experience is marriage counselors / couples counselors are not compatible with MRP men. Its always impossible to no run the risk of victim puke (or at least perceived victim puke), it takes you out of STFU (I mean you could but then you look like a dick in the session wasting peoples time). I went to a couples counselor for 7 months. She felt better, but ultimately nothing was resolved, until I starting implementing MRP, and even then its been a pretty slow crawl.

My struggle is partially this right here, but I cant seem to think about what her loss actually is. She misses out on awesome sex with an awesome guy? She never wanted it in the first place.

^ This right here OP. I have labeled it bird mentality. If she starts actiing like a bird (useless tweeting that isnt bringing value to your life), treat her like a bird. Ignore it. STFU, you can reason with birds nor should you take them seriously. They are going to do what birds do anyways. These are good points. I will have to do some research on my own bf% and versus mirror checks ever few weeks. I am reading NMMNG and married life sex primer (finished it but need to read again. I have also been through tomassi's site, and BP professor, book of pook among others, but i do have to re read, because there is so much information there.
