I mean sleeping with a 16 or 17 yr old should be a misdemeanor not a Felony. That should be reserved for 15 and under. The age of consent in over half of the country is 16-17 anyways. Since she abused her authority however she should be fired and banned by the court from ever working with children or in education again. This should be 3 months in jail followed by 6 months of probation. And a court order to never work in education or with children ever again.

Usually you spend about 60% of your sentence. She will do 6 and have 4 years probation. Since she's a chick that may go down 4 with 6 years probation. But I dont think that's the case.
