They're satisfying their internal, sexist confirmation bias that men are useless. There really is no winning. You get bitched at if you try to help, you get bitched at if you don't. The best way to deal with this is to just not help at all that way you don't have to put in any effort and just suffer their complaining

Our reality is so dystopian. We've been fed the illusion that the world is getting better but it's significantly worse than it's ever been in my opinion. Everything is just hidden under a guise of positivity and political correctness.

Wow I didn't think there'd be a sub specifically about shaming men's appearances. The thing is, I'm cool with female leads when appropriate. But too often are they shoehorned in and too often are they the same exact personality. Apparently being female is a personality rather than a sex and that's what annoys me about media nowadays. Why is it so difficult for a female character to just be a character that just happens to be female? Almost every female lead does shit like this: "I can do 'x' better than a man" "I'm gonna have humor that only pertains to women" "All the antagonists are mean and stupid because they're men" Where's the female lead that only states that she's a woman when it's absolutely necessary or relevant to?

My advice for this to be taken more seriously is to remove the anti feminism bit out of the text. I'm all for that, do not get me wrong. Feminism is ok, toxic feminism isn't. But throwing the anti feminism bits into this will devalue the main message which is a call to action to grant this deceased boy and his parents justice. On its own this news will do enough damage to toxic feminism
