No. You'll get caught. You will. When you do, you'll lose all of your money and family. The psychological damage of #2 will probably put you out of work. The lady you're running around with will most likely leave.

Don't eat rice if you're trying to lose weight. Rice is very high-glycemic and will raise your insulin levels. One of the pillars of weight loss is keeping your insulin levels down.

I am you 10 years ago. I went to school with these guys and got to know them well. Long story short: Their parents are dumb, probably in a ton of debt, and giving their child the 'full college experience' with no responsibilities. Through either their parents having a large net-worth or signing on for 'plus-loans' and spending like there's no tomorrow.

I relocated to South Florida from Alabama a while back... Before I left, one of my friends wives from our church group referred to her husband (my friend), as her 'promoter'... Her instagram is literally what is described. Along with vain pictures of her in workout clothes trying to promote herself as a physical trainer with absolutely zero training or certifications. Fishing for likes because she doesn't get the feelz from hubby.

Help me understand the annuity part...I never have liked them. So you drop $$ in an annuity up front, you contribute more as you go along hoping to see some growth with fixed or indexed interest, and they charge you 5% for opening it. How does that make any financial sense? If your annuity can't make 4.5% annually, you're losing money. What kind of rates do they typically negotiate with fixed rate annuities?

I talked to them about it...Everything they said was fact based, somewhat, at first.. "Women live longer, they need to save more" "Typically, men are in the workforce longer, women don't receive as much social security benefits as men due to pregnancies and raising children, subsequently their retirement budgets are smaller" The part that I did NOT agree with. "The obstacle remains that women are compensated less than men" To which I said, "horseshite, that's nobody's problem but their own, they…

I literally had no issues with this since I started really dating in the early 2000s. I'm 5'9. I might as well be road kill after 2014, idk wtf happened, but it doesn't bother me anymore. To be devil's advocate though, it's in their biology. Just like ours is to find a mate with child bearing hips and big breasts. They want to breed the 'best' genes, and our biology tells us to breed taller. No hard feelings, just business. Don't play the game!

If you're truly MGTOW, you've come to the understanding of AWALT. It's worldwide, I know people in the Arab parts of Africa who have started complaining about the same things. Don't just say 'I'm going to teach English part-time', that's bs. You've got to actually have a plan. You're MGTOW, women are the ones that say that kind of 'part-time teacher' shit. That means they're just going somewhere to find a sugar-daddy. You need to be able to say "I'm going to a shipyard to be a welder in Taiwan" …

Not sure what you're getting at. It's just how Amortized loans work. Yes, a $120,000 mortgage at 4.75%, 20 years for instance, would be ~$626/mo, not including insurance or anything. You still paid close to $60k in just interest. Imagine what you could do if that was actually invested in something other than a condo. https://usmortgagecalculator.org/ Use this
/r/MGTOW11/10/17 06:05 PM

4.75-4.93% is what I was quoted recently by several lenders in the USA, I have over a 780 credit score and only a small amount of student debt. Low interest mortgage rates, among other things, caused a bad housing bubble here recently. I guess some Eurozone countries do offer low interest rates now that I've looked. That's Crazy!! I hope that doesn't bite you guys later on, that's a great deal!
/r/MGTOW11/10/17 04:43 PM

Let's say you purchased that condo for $120,000 and financed for 20 years at 5% interest. You just spent $70,000 in interest alone, not to mention your 20% down payment, insurance, HOA fees and closing costs you'll never get back. Overall, you spent $190,000. What if the condo doesn't rent out? What if the tenants completely wreck it? Factoring in maintenance? You can't justify owning a home under the assumption you can rent it out and tenants will take care of it.

Home values don't go up 7%/yr and you're not guaranteed that. Have a friend who is a realtor that tried to tell me that fib and found out his home has actually lost 15% of its value since he bought it because of his neighborhood going in the toilet. If you factor in your down payment, cost of sale, and the damn outrageous interest you pay on a mortgage (which actually isn't a true 3.5% or whatever), you lose money in 5 years. If you're in a city, rent. If you like land and want to own a house, m…

It goes against Catechism 2332 V. OBLIGATION BY marriage a man and woman grant to one another certain rights over their bodies for the begetting of children, the increasing of love, the healthy ordering of passion. The fulfilment of this concession is a matter of justice, its denial an injustice, though a couple who are still newly in love may smile at such terms. Justice, however, is a living virtue and not confined to cold legal forms. The principle is this: whenever either the husband or the …

Even the aftermarket parts are ridiculous though. I do all my own repairs. I remember in high school I replaced a shock in an S class my mom had, $1200. Where-as my '07 Civic might cost $80 for a shock.

Sharon Stone won an Oscar. They completely forgot about De Niro or Pesci. The film got nothing. I understand it's hard to compete with Forrest Gump and the Lion King, but you never really hear about Casino. It's always Goodfellas.

Perfect candidate for a question. I'm in somewhat of a good place financially, I'm about to take a better job (moving from Panhandle to Miami). Anyway, I've been in a LTR with a girl for about a year. She no lie fits the unicorn description. Off of social media, tight with her mom (does have daddy issues, but she's not crazy), comes over to my apartment and will cook for me, helps clean, funny, VERY attractive and stays conscious about weight (annoying because I have to be on mate-guard when we …

I said the same thing.. I went to a top school and graduated with an engineering degree. It's not an uphill battle after graduation. It's almost like coasting downhill. I moved away to a big city after graduation and got into my own groove. I have several women who would kill to be with me, simply because I'm just doing me.

I think the most eye opening trip was when I went island hopping in the carribbean. Stayed in super cheap hostels, got the absolute cheapest flights I could find (usually spirit, or some local hopper). I went from San Juan, PR all the way down to Dominica for less than $1200. A few nights were spent on beaches in a tent and a hammock. Puerto Rico was probably my favorite though. You'll see everything from the rich in San Juan to the absolute poor in San German or inland of Fajardo. Not sure why,…

OP was asking about a relationship. Not sure how I'd be fragile, I hopped in on the hoe'ing around lol. I say 'burned' in the sense of jumping into a marriage and getting divorce raped. After reading your reply, I can definitely tell you're a basement dwelling neckbeard that doesn't actually date much. Stay off this thread unless you're offering advice. Man, you already forgot my advice. Do NOT "Go" for other girls. Don't Go for any of them. I'm as serious as I can be, at this stage in your life, don't. You'll get burned. Like I said, the only thing worse than an 18 y/o males brain, is a female 18 y/o brain. Let them grow up too.. Again, speaking from experience, women want to hoe around for some reason in college. You're not going to "get them before they do it". They'll do it anyway.

For me, it's not just the gender reveal. It's the actual ceremonies. Saw on le BookFace, some couple back in my hick hometown 'revealing' their baby's gender by shooting an arrow at a blue/pink powder filled balloon labeled "Buck or doe?" Others have been a mustang doing a burnout with blue/pink colored smoke tires, shooting colored clays with shotguns, a diesel that "coal rolls" with either pink or blue smoke... I could go on.

You're human. Perfectly normal to feel emotions towards the opposite sex. Let me offer you some advice. I'm not some well aged oracle or anything, I'm 25...but, to quote Hans and Franz "Listen to me now, and hear me later". Do not under any circumstance get in any kind of serious relationship while in school. Please heed these words. Look, we had a bunch of Thai people stay at our church so they could do their international work thing. I'd invite them to my apartment all the time because they were pretty fun (I'm 25.). The girls were absolute KNOCKOUTS in the kitchen and in looks. They cleaned the dishes spotless right after they finished, and I think they soaked themselves when they saw I had a queen size bed, haha. In talking to the girls, it is VERY frowned upon to be promiscuous. They really don't even like holding hands…

I want to agree with you.. because I really want this. But how are you more successful if you have such a huge financial burden? I'm not criticizing, I just legitimately want to know how you manage. I've just found with my LTR, if she ever gets snappy, I'll slam on the brakes, whip the car around, and drive her to her apartment if she starts acting up. Even if we're out at a restaurant, I'll call the waiter over and ask for the check even if we haven't ordered. Then she starts feeling bad and gets "scared" (?). You've got to learn to put them in their place if you're gonna have one. They start yelling at you, tell them you're not gonna listen to it.

I just graduated out of a very large state university 2 years ago... I know at least a handful of chicks I saw willingly, happily go home with a guy from a bar (dressed scantily, acting promiscuous) and the next day I see them crying to their girlfriends on a bench outside their dorms, who then lead them to file a rape report because they're sad they got pumped.

27 Are you pledged to a woman? Do not seek to be released. Are you free from such a commitment? Do not look for a wife. 28 But if you do marry, you have not sinned; and if a virgin marries, she has not sinned. But those who marry will face many troubles in this life, and I want to spare you this.

I've also found that on the Facebook "Market" here, the same woman has been selling a lot of 'dresses' where she specifically takes pictures of what you'd want to see on a whore, and always charges "$75", which is kind of cheap for the dresses she shows. One of them slipped up recently and showed the same dress twice.

I fit the exact opposite of that description. You gotta have a little self-control though, be a fucking man. I've been spinning plates for the past 2 years and finally got tired of it. As you said, "the LAST THING I need is more people to deal with", that's why I've stopped messing around with numerous trifling hoes. Ask yourself, are these hoes even worth your time? Low T? Low SMV? I go to the gym regularly and get looked at and talked to every time I go somewhere alone, lol. So you can stop that Beta shit rn. No, and it's not necessarily by choice. She admits that she hoe'd around in HS and college and wanted to get away from that, but she got raped in a bathroom once and later got so drugged by a guy she jumped out of a moving pick-up truck to get away from him. After she jumped out of the truck, she moved back in with her mom for a year, they moved away, and her mom totally cut her off from the outside world for ~1/2 year to recover. That's probably the #1 reason most men, including me, have commitment issues. Women really don't have as much dignity as we do, I guess we all know that from this sub (AWALT). I trust my g/f, but...some part of me wouldn't put it past any faithful woman to do something like that.
