People who live in negativity, work in negativity. If they are the opposite of welcoming and open, aka fear, paranoid, egotistical, why think they'd act any different?

Volunteering and charity work is your #1 go to option. It feels amazing. There is a genuine "givers high" associated with charity work, I have experienced this. I always feel so amazing and content with life knowing my energy is going towards something very important. You'll also have the added benefit of meeting great people doing charity work and volunteering because these are the kind of people you want to be around. Goodluck.

In the definitive work written about yoga, "The Yoga Sutras Of Patanjali" you know how many times he mentions the asanas (poses)? 1 time. Sitting pose. Yoga is about cultivating benevolence not trying to touch your head to your knees. It wants to look inside and find out where your mind dwells. Stick with your MMA and take up a meditative practice. I have done a lot of very hard physical yoga classes but almost always lean towards yin classes these days. Where you lie on the floor and hold poses…

You have to become in tune with yourself. Start up a yoga practice. Bryan Kest Power Yoga series from the 90's is the best place to start for sure. When you clear out the tension, you'll be more free to express yourself.

Without trying to sound like a twat, I believe I am one of those people. I have had people tell me they feel extremely comfortable when I am around, or I provide a sense of calm to them. I chalk it up to multiple factors: Genetically I have only met 1 person ever who has more energy than me and I am just bursting at the fucking seams with it. I can wake up at 5 AM, work all day, and if there are people around me or some small amount of stimulation (music for example) I can still be bouncing with…

Learn to drum. The ability to vibrate and create a rhythm through any medium at any point in time with your hands is a great and fun skill. It doesn't feel too much like homework because you are just hittin' shit. Grab a bongo or djembe and groove it out. You'll be able to eventually grab any drum and play something through it. I've played beats on upturned buckets that were used to hold napkins at an outside patio for example. Enjoy.

The loft itself is amazing because it has: perfect location, all the bedrooms are huge, it has a really nice living room space, a balcony, and no one to disturb after 5 PM and on weekends meaning we can do whatever we want and not get into shit.

While this sub pertains to sexual strategy, I imagine there are a lot of guys with positive male relationships that have ideas that could help us. Maybe it would be more relevant to a manosphere subreddit? This is the only "male" sub I consume.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fNN84pjAwYM this isnt too complicated. Just focus on keeping your breath deep and fluid. From the top of your lungs to the bottom on every breath. Always be trying to release tension. Inhale reach out, exhale dip in. As long as you are prioritizing breath, and remaining calm, you are doing yoga correctly. Gl.

While I know having another 10 lbs would help a ton, I find being very positive, and putting out good vibes is more important than any looks. I'm super positive, talented (photographer/drummer/dancer), and all around exceptionally caring. I take pics of/for people, share them, people really love me, and it's kind of like basic projection. Look past your looks, and for the most part people will feel you aren't concerned about your "looks" and will meet you at your level, as long as you don't go t…

A hobby to pick up includes being creative. Seriously important. I'm not saying you have to be a professional drawer or illustrator by any means. But taking up a creative hobby now (or multiple ones) will turn into a really powerful skill later down the line. For example, I have been shooting photos for 7 years. i can take ANY camera and make an amazing picture seemingly out of nothing. If I go to a family event, I bring my camera, and now supply my family with amazing family photos that'll line…

Man, a handshake is a simple gesture that just initiates a physical connection with the other person. It's kind of like a formal ice breaker. If you give a handshake out of genuine excitement to meet someone, or truly extend your hand out of your personal space, it just says "I'm excited to meet you, and hopefully have had , or going to have a pleasant exchange with you"

I went from being extremely depressed to a very vibrant person thanks to yoga and mindfulness. This video and master instruction by one of the best is irreplaceable. I've been doing yoga for 2.5 years, it basically saved my life. Despite some of the "vapid whores" comments, I've met all the most down to Earth chicks through yoga, and ones who practice Yoga. They are bubbly, vibrant and friendly. A couple tips would be to do your absolute best to not hold your breath. If I immediately start exh…

I've gone on an interesting journey with drugs, and I'll tell you they are a way to search for something to enchance life externally, when all you have to do is retreat into yourself to get what you are looking for. We feel incomplete smoetimes, like we NEED something to make us a "better" version of ourselves. Guess what? You have everything you'll ever need to be successful right now, and something external will not make it better. I do condone drug use in moderation and safely though. As I do…

Over your day and week we create tension through the things we do. I recommend doing a Yoga class. I was on vacation in Miami and hadn't done Yoga for 6 days or so. We were going out on the town in a limo and I was kind of vacation burnt out a bit. I did a 15 minute "lunch break Yoga class" and proceeded to feel totally revitalized and had a fantastic, fun night out. I recommend if you can slot some time in to give back to yourself, a 15 minute Yoga class will help you stay balanced (literally),…

Literally any art. I personally am a photographer, play drums pretty well, and dance. Creativity allows me to think outside the box all the time because there are no rules. It's also a huge confidence booster because I have something I am extremely proud of. I love showing my photos and surprising people. If you learn guitar, play fkn trumpet, or are given a phone and really know how to take a photo, people LOVE it. Because you create it has an endless amount of potential giving power.

Take up Yoga - Start with this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SY5qGREnUi0&t= Bryan Kest is a fine example of Red Pill. His Dad let him do what he wanted, smoked weed all through high school, pursued fitness, (when it wasn't a huge industry) founded Power Yoga, brought it to the west, opened a studio in Cali and incorporates a lot of yogic philosophy in his classes. Yoga will bring you balance to your life, not just physically but mentally. It will help form your strongest self. Go buy Meditati…

One of the hardest people on the planet no doubt. You can use his achievements just to motivate you. I wouldn't recommend duplicating his kind of achievements without serious repercussions lol. Just understand this is a top 99. 99 percentile person for mental strength, but that is in his own context. Same with someone like Wim Hof, you don't need to swim 100m under ice, with no goggles to push through the 2 hour yoga class, but it's definitely okay to think "Wim can swim under ice, Goggins can r…

Try not to waste time on snapchat. I got rid of it, and am much happier. Who cares wtf they are doing. Just be where you are, and look around. When you spend time on snapchat you are in a sense (imo) spending time" there" while not actually being there, so what's the point.

Man, take a look here. This situation bothered you so much you wrote all this out. Just take it easy. Gj for saying no I guess.. But clearly there is some sort of mental anguish and obsession over negative thoughts you need to work on. For example. I wouldve told them no just the same, except I wouldn't be thinking about how rude she was all day and then drop 10 minutes writing out a story about how you said no to a stranger. Work on it

Develop a skill, and become so good at it you know there is no one else in the room who could out compete you. Also get some perspective on life, listen to Jordan Peterson, read Marcus Aurelius, then put yourself through shit you don't want to do. Cold showers are excellent for this. If you can stand a cold shower for 15 min, no one can scare you. Then you'll have the balls to say, go polar diving in the winter which is something people who seek to get the Max out of life do. Any q pm me.

Pick up a hobby that is some form of art. That way, when shit sucks, you can still take pictures, paint, Play a guitar, the fucking spoons. Even if you don't have access to your favourite form of art (I play drums and do photography. Don't have a camera or drums with me all the time ) I can still tap on a table, grab an empty bucket and play it upside down. Just walking around I don't even look at the world like normal, I look at it as different composition, and see beauty everywhere.

For people who don't know its theorized that humans evolved to have white parts of the eye contrasting the iris/pupil because it was determinatal to our survival to understand where people were looking. We are so good at knowing whether we are making eye contact you can tell from more than a few meters away. Contrast this with apes who have black eyes. Also you could reference the Planet of the Apes movie to show they added white parts of the eyes to the Chimps. I got this from Jordan Petersons …

Lost a friend after arguing with his girlfriend about this. Said this was a private conversation and guys talk like this ALL the time.
