Do you not believe that males should be enabled the ability to have sole legal guardianship over their children? Women can bring a child into this world and only put their name on the birth certificate. The LGBT community can do the same in many states and countries through adoption. You're right, he was the one that was ordered to pay the support. But think about the emotional trauma on the mother too. The wife was probably infertile and she was finally about to receive the gift of life, its morally outrageous for both.

I was just referring to an article I read, I was looking at it more from a price standpoint as India is very impoverished, more so than even mexico. We should conduct some research into which countries have gender neutral laws on surrogacy.

Its also giving a huge financial benefit to economically disadvantaged women! Come to think of it, i remember reading about a fertility clinic in India where so populated with Westerners, that it became known in that part of the city that all the Westerners there were there for the fertility clinic. Maybe the feminists can get behind this one.

I'm not sure, but you could possibly secure a third party egg donation as well, so the surrogate would not even have identical genetics to the infant. Definitely consult a fertility attorney, though.

I weigh 135 lbs (60 Kilos) and if I had jumped into this brawl I would have been completely liable to get injured. She can't be that much smaller than me, 10-20 lbs, maybe, but in the media's eyes, the sheer fact that she is a women makes the player guilty of assault. If I was the one that he punched, after entering the brawl on my own volition, would it be a headline?

you can if its within the boundaries of your own home, yes. At least in New York- the only place you can't videotape someone here is where they have an expectation of privacy. If someone is in my bedroom they don't have a reasonable expectation of privacy (they are not in their own home.)

I use cameras. I have them all through out my house and 2 in my car. I figure ill always have accurate evidence of any crimes committed against me (not just limited to false accusations).
