Code review isn't meant to make developers feel good about themselves, its meant to make code more robust and functional. Yeah, code review is a somehow delicate thing because most people naturally tends to take it personally. Best thing on code reviews is to be detached from your own code, actually. Mgtow is not about defending men, but perhaps defending the right to be an individual. We already have plenty of words about individualism.
