The feminist developement in workplaces just started. We got 25% female quotas for executives at DAX companies. In attractive government jobs like university professors they try to get at least a 50/50 ratio of female to male. Fortunately there are a lot of conservative leaning people and even the mid becomes tired of this „woke“ culture. In comparison to america with meto / lgbt+ etc. its quite soft in germany. But only future can tell wether it will stay this way
