To me, being humble is about working hard and making it look easy without shoving it down people’s throats. I like to only hint at things I’m good at if people don’t already know, and then demonstrate mastery just for fun. Let your actions speak for themselves, and people will love it. I think there are always things to be better at in life, and real learning comes with real practice and struggling. Absolutely does. Just about everyone would look better with more muscle and less fat. I think confidence is independent of the lifting though. Confidence should be the foundation of how you carry yourself every day. Of course getting huge can help build confidence further but you don’t need to be huge to have huge confidence

I’m on AlphaDestiny’s beginner program. Highly recommend, and it’s only 3 days per week full body. Anyone eating enough calories can make big progress before his intermediate powerlifting program
