I just got out of a college ART CLASS (Phil of art) where the professor spent the entire hour talking about the "feminist lens" and viewing art through this filter. He then showed us picture after picture of statues and paintings throughout history noting how the men have "wide, powerful, space-taking stances"... but the poor women are forced to sit all lady like.
