Ugly women are like men, they have to work as no man is willing to support them, and there are also limited options from being ugly as for instance, attractive women can just make a living out of social media without having to work a real job, thats not the option for unattractive women, they need to work a 9-5 to support themself as no man is going to support them

For the body neutrality part, it wont work on females unfortunately, a whole females worth is based on how conventionally attractive she is, it could only work on men. Thats why girls get more lies about their looks more than guys, a whole girls worth is based on how she looks.

I guess there are couple of reasons, one unattractive people already face hardships and mistreatement based on their looks so they may feel the need to give them small compliments to make them feel better like you have nice hair, even if they may be lies. Second, they may also feel better about themselves like after giving fake compliments they may pat themselves on the back like they did a huge charity, actually unattractive people already know deep down inside that most of what they are saying…
