I don't think she was bad. An important part of a relationship is planning and building a future together. Most women feel a need to establish stability as their biology and psychology are predisposed to raising a family. The problem here was communication, the lack of it. The guy was withholding. Obviously he wasn't into her as much as she was into him. The lessons of love can be bitter.
