The main point i agree with here, is when people decide to go "monk mode" but more so use it as an excuse to avoid failure. Its all about just focusing on improving yourself, physically, mentally & socially. I've noticed others focusing on gym & completely shutting out the idea of going to clubs because they feel they're not hot enough yet to pick up chicks. Its as if they believe that the chicks will just flock to them without them needing to put in the effort once they're jacked enough. Then t…

She has some great pros but i wouldn't LTR her because of them. Most of them she can provide you without taking the relationship further, however everything in the cons seems like they would affect you once the relationship gets serious. Just maintain the plate as long as you can, then when the time comes kindly next her.

You obviously just don't want what TRP lifestyle has to offer enough. Or at least you don't want to work to get it, everyone feels like that sometimes. You probably just are making yourself temporarily happy to avoid doing anything e.g. (computer games, alcohol, drugs). They all just offer a little fun but nothing good in the long run. Eventually you'll realise you've been wasting time on pointless stuff and actually change your life but until that point you're just going to be lazy. You could a…

I've been an orbiter myself, was never a very intense one though. I had a situation where i went out with a group of friends & the chick i was into ended up making out with a guy that she had just met 10 minutes prior. But i wasn't mad at him, i knew that was just the game, he did what i couldn't. I certainly wasn't going to ruin it for him/her either, that would just be unfair. I'm glad i had that encounter because i knew i could learn from it, i wasn't going to go bitch to her later. I think t…

She may have just had the confidence that you'd win & wanted to make you look good. Although her openly agreeing (without your ask) is a little fucked up. This is certainly in the top 10 threads i've ever read here, i cannot stop laughing. Well done man.

I've edited the original post so people stop getting confused. They jumped to those assumptions without ever meeting me or knowing anything about me. What they pulled was only in their interest.

Oh god I wish I said something like that at the start. When I picked up on it, I just brushed them off. Every time I replay it in my head, I think that would have been on of the best options.

Although this might not be what you want to hear, you should probably lower your standards so you can get experience. Having flings with lower quality women is fine, as long as you can learn how to properly flirt and be comfortable around women. I'm not saying to lower your standards to the bottom of the grand canyon, just look for women that you consider alright & are showing interest. You said you have above average looks, so this shouldn't be too hard. Edit: Using something like tinder makes …

I think your definition of orbiter is slightly different to mine. I'm talking about the legit guys that have little to no chance, the type that would say "I saved my virginity for you" (He legit said this to her). I feel like you're more talking about alpha men on the side, that will be competing for me (E.g. Her coworkers that i won't meet). I'm well aware i'll have to be the best i can to keep her with me & use a bit of power play.

I was trying to give off that impression, doesn't mean that was my original goal. Had she never listened to them, I would have been interested in an LTR the whole time. Not until she pulled this did I want todo that, so their initial assumption about me was wrong. I understand what you're saying though haha.

This is quite an interesting relationship but I think its one worth keeping. You have the unique ability to fully understand how females work without dating or being related to them. She is obviously willing to do things for you but not to the extent that you would do for her. This is understandable considering you have more of a parent relationship due to the age gap. I would suggest you keep her around for someone to talk to and also you have the added benefit that you can get with her friends…

Considering you dated previously then you must have some attraction towards her, right? If one of my ex's did this, I would almost certainly try plate them. Who cares if she says she loves you, just go along with it but never say you have feelings for her and never do couple stuff(dates & watching movies). Just be forward and get in her pants.

Oh it seems you fucked her. Then this was a success, next time just try do it with spending less and less. Spending money is certainly not beta, its just giving money away freely for nothing in return that's beta.

Yea, these weren't basement dweller orbiters. They went to the gym and were semi good looking. They just were so blue pill it hurts, I think they thought going to the gym made them deserve chicks.

Originally I was open to anything, she was able to make me happy. However only after she pulled this did I plan on "pumping and dumping" I think that was just be being salty though.

Although you're kind of going against what I was saying in the OP, I think your description is more accurate and takes a better RP approach +1. Either way I still think that their presence isn't something to be completely ignored, but more so treated as an annoying obstacle.

If I could do it over again, I would probably have done it the way you suggested. At the time I knew an ultimatum wasn't the best approach but its not like I had a lot to lose. I'll keep this in mind for the future thanks .

Well then just tell her. "I don't think its healthy for us to be anything more then friends & i certainly don't want to be anything more". If she doesn't respond to that, just don't talk to her ever again. Problem solved.

Sounds like you and your wife are from House of Cards. I'd imagine that swinging would be more your style wouldn't it? I'm sure other couples would be easy to find. Unless getting your wife involved would ruin the experience for you. This is certainly one of the more interesting stories i've read here.

Firstly, chicks don't respond well to insults... If you want her to change you need to subtly motivate her. E.g If she is fat, you should start running, then ask if she wants to come with you If she dresses badly, buy her a nice set of clothes & then tell her she looks amazing in them & she should dress like that more often because it suits her. I'm sure you get the idea. Secondly, if you have no interest in a relationship with her but want her as a plate, then i imagine you just hang out with h…

I do agree with you, however i feel my actions were justified. Its not like i welcomed her back with open arms. I had the ability to just walk away without looking back whenever i wanted. And although i'm not normally a person that would pursue revenge, it was worth making her ex-friends miserable ("I give you everything, yet you fall for the guy that treats you like shit") & overall a pretty interesting learning experience.

To be honest i am worried little about this. Although i think she realised that her "friends" directly lied to her for an attempt at personal gain. And she did say they seemed very clingy before this happened, so i think shes almost glad to not have to deal with them. Also i don't think she ended it on very good terms with them either, one in particular called her a "slut" and "liar" because she didn't want him etc. Can you go into more detail about what you meant about using the orbiters to my …

I always get weird vibes when someone says "I wish I met you later in life", its just a strange statement. However if you've lasted 4 years she certainly wants to be with you (unless you're her "the one you have when you don't have a boyfriend"). If you're having regular sex & she constantly wants to spend time with you then you're in the clear. Don't read stories about other guys that have been cheated on & think its going to happen to you. The moment you start fearing something like that, you'…

Its crazy how American Beauty is always mentioned. My friends make fun of me when i mention it being in my top 10 favorites because they consider it a romantic drama. But that film is something else, RP theory is so evident in it. And of course if you watch it with your girlfriend, she is always going to cry at the end.

I've been lurking around TRP for about a year now. I've found that this place isn't your standard circlejerk subreddit, noone here seems to be afraid to voice their opinion when its different or tell someone they're wrong. Red pill is more of a science then an ideology, if you can provide evidence that supports your claims, then noone is going to dismiss you. Red pill wouldn't have come as far as it has if it remained ignorant to the facts, you would just have a lot of guys never getting laid & …

Cheer up man, everyone makes mistakes & personally this just sounds unlucky. If you can get a chick to sleep in the same bed at a hotel while drunk... 95% of the time you'll at least hook up. Would the previous beta version of yourself get this far? I doubt you would have been able to get the chick to talk to you for over an hour, let alone come back to an apartment. You might not be there yet, but i'm sure you're improving. Just keep trying.

I would say it really depends how serious the first relationship was & how long ago you were together. I don't think you could go from being serious to fuckbuddies without a good break, it just doesn't make sense. The only example i can offer is back in high school i dated a chick for 6 months. After it ended we didn't speak for a few weeks, then after maybe another 5-6 months we were friends with benefits for a few weeks. I made sure to end it because i felt like things might go back to the way…

Assuming she has a reasonable break during the day (about an hour). Don't bring the coffee to her, bring her with you to get the coffee. Step 1) Pick her up with car Step 2) Drive to get coffee (Take away) Step 3) Drive to nice place to drink coffee while in car Step 4) Get physical Its just like the good old "Want to come up stairs for 'Coffee'?", I'm sure she just wants so see you in person, she would have plenty of other people that would get her coffee. Once you've gone on a few coffee dates…

I'm assuming you don't goto gym or goto a different gym? Try motivate her to come to yours instead, refer to it as some bullshit like a "couples bonding" or join her gym, i'm sure she'd love watching you workout. Don't make these insecurities of yours obvious though. You have to make it seem casual, like "oh my gym is having a refer a friend special" or say that her gym is cheaper then yours. If she has a male gym partner that she goes with thats when you should start to worry.

Yea, fair enough. There is always that chance. I'll try explain my though process though. S1 = Older sister, S2 = Younger sister Assuming the OP is correct about S2 not knowing that he had sex with S1, then they're obviously not that type of "share everything" sisters. Because S2 knows OP was friends with S1 (she might also have noticed that S1 had feelings for OP), she will probably feel as if she is pursing someone in S1's territory, hopefully this means she will refrain from telling S1 becaus…

I certainly agree with not saying it first (that's cost me a few female friends when i was younger). But i think never saying it takes it a little far; its obvious women want to hear it eventually, but by never saying it you're almost increasing the value of those words to a crazy amount. I refrain from saying it unless she has done something that really makes me happy, so that way she actively purses getting me to say it.

If you've already committed to breaking up with her, then just do the famous line of "we need to talk". But properly talk to her about it, if she is trying to make you jealous then obviously she just wants more attention from you. Personally she sounds like a good catch, i'm more into chicks that are introverted, party girls disgust me.

That is not really how it works. Being alpha is more about not making excuses for yourself & living your life as successful as possible(not being lazy). Although TRP preaches going to the gym, its more about the self discipline & taking charge of your own life then for the looks. Going to the gym doesn't automatically make you alpha, i have many friends that are huge but don't have the balls to talk to girls even when they want to, so they're still beta. Intelligence can be viewed the same way, …

If you're right about what type of woman she is, then she'll slip up soon enough. When she does slip up, you want to be the first person to talk to your friend & tell him she ain't worth it. If she is faithful though & does legitimately want to be with your friend & they're both happy, i don't really see the problem. I'm sure he could find someone better but that doesn't bother him because he doesn't know what "better" tastes like.

I was referring to her sister as your "ex". If she knows that you've been friends with her sister, that makes things a little tricky. Just don't tell her ever? I doubt the two will ever find out.

Probably the wrong size condom, if its too tight you're gonna have a bad time (might even go limp). I'm surprised she didn't offer to finish you off with her hands/mouth.

I find this more of a positive then a negative. I used to be overly trusting with people but then i would get screwed pretty hard in the end. Just a tip, don't tell your "good friend" when you're doing illegal stuff... they might just tell everyone & get you caught. I think you just need to develop a system for people to earn your trust. Like did Billy pay you back quickly, when you lent him money for the beer? Well then he is probably trust worthy when it comes to money. Etc etc Once people beg…

If its just a fling, act like you don't know she is related to your ex. Then once you do it... then you can "magically find out", it also gives you both a reason to end it. And then if she doesn't end it because you fucked her sister, i would keep her around. So pretty much it sounds like you have an easy in & an easy out, go for it man.

My girlfriend left for a holiday with her family the other week as well, she'll be gone for three weeks total, so its going to be hard to handle. Before she left i said in a firm but joking way "Have fun, just don't do anything stupid unless you're planning on being single again". I would suggest that you start hanging around your friends a lot while she is gone. I've found that when i drink loads of water during the day, i tend to sleep better. But also try remove any sources of light in your room, you want it to be pitch black. There is an app for android called "sleepbot" that monitors your sleep patterns & tries to wake you up at the most optimal time.

Please don't be "that guy" that confesses his feelings for a girlfriend of his while she is in a relationship. I've had a guy do that to me, its fucking stressful for everyone.... And guess who got the girl in the end? not the fucking orbiter. He just lost himself a friend because i made clear it wouldn't be appropriate for my girl to talk to him after that. If you've known someone for that long & you were meant to have a relationship, then you would have had one by now. If you continue this tra…

How beta were you acting around her? There is a chance maybe she wanted you to try progress things & then got annoyed when you didn't. Sometimes its hard to pick up on these things, if she initiated contact most of the time (and wasn't asking for anything) then there is a chance she was actually interested but started getting frustrated because you were taking so long to make a move. Its rare a girl would hang out with you "WAAAAY too much" if she has only known you for a little over a month (un…

Although i wouldn't suggest this, if you know a certain club/place she hangs out at... you could try waiting around there every now and then. Although that's the direct opposite of what you want todo in this situation. I think the best advice is just to move on, i'm sure you'll find someone who you're more willing to commit to.

One of the best tips i've heard (for making friends) is just treat everyone like they're already a good friend of yours. I completely understand your feeling of "it seems more like a job interview", but you'll notice the more relaxed you are, the more relaxed the person you're with will get. Also with girls you want to throw all the normal social "rules" out the window, you'll appear interesting that way. With my current LTR, the first time i was at her place, we were watching a movie & i kinda …

I've been in a similar situation, however i wasn't really planning on getting back together. Pretty much she kept asking where our relationship was going, i wasn't sure & decided it was better to end things. About a week later i was invited to friends house party (she was also invited). I assumed it would be a little awkward but after a few drinks, i decided to ask how she was dealing, she was obviously happy to see me... talk for about 30min & start to get a little physical. Next morning invite…

I'm sure you've had previous relationships, do you consider yourself the wrapper of what you once were? No you don't, you should be a more improved/wise version of your previous self.. if you're not, then you're not playing the game of life correctly. Same applies to the 0.01% of women that are actually marriage material. I'll admit that she'll always remember her previous partners, but she should remember their faults as well. Personally i feel like your sister is mainly to blame here. If you can get her to change the way she acts, she'll start to attract higher quality guys. I would suggest you talk to the guy & try get him to leave her.. either: Scare the shit out of him Tell him she isn't worth his trouble and he should find someone else that suits him better Now with your sister, assuming she doesn't goto the gym with you, i'd start taking her (I'm sure she'll meet someone there). Well simply put... Marriage is a LTR, so women with experience in with previous relationships obviously are going to be more reasonable when it comes to relationship issues etc. Women who have one night stands over estimate their worth & will just leave you the moment you're no longer "fun". I'm not saying this is the case every time but if i had to choose between: a girl who had sex with one guy 20 times a girl who had sex with 20 different guys Assuming they're both the same, I would always ch…
