This sounds like a good way to attract a fuckboi. Taking care of yourself is important but you should already be doing that before dating. No one should overrule anyone. Im actually an attorney. An attorney who hates police overreach. I'm used to watching videos like this and agreeing with the underlying legal arguments of victims. The case is over, it's for internal review of the officers actions. There's literally nothing they can do to him anymore. The only thing it could be used for is punishing the officer. Where is the risk? The video references but glosses over a change in department policy on handling files, it's not outrageous to believe they might not actually have access to the file.
