Most methods that you will read on seduction communities are useful but they treat the symptoms of a problem. Therapy treats the sickness, the cause of a problem. The real solution comes from fixing the problem behind and treating the symptoms. If you are an unconfident person and you need to give a public speech, behavior therapy (aka coaching ) can teach you to unslouch your back, to project your voice and to not stammer. Psychological therapy helps you address the root of your insecurity. My …

Ive tried to address my insecurities through a lot of methods with a variety of degrees of success. Therapy was the single most effective and consistent method of progress. 6 months of real and honest therapy did more for my approach anxiety than 3 years of dancing classes and cold approaches

So an illustrator falls for an E-girl. E-girl wants to settle down and does settle down. Eventually she gets bored and starts fantasizing about her old lifestyle. E-girl does E-girl-shit and drops the guy. After 8 years of relationship she does a couple of sommersaults and pirouettes and ends up mentally and emotionally at the beginning of the relationship, attempts to regain her youth and independence, even if she is not 23 anymore. This tale repeats itself often tbh. You are very confused and …

Don't look for rules of thumb or patterns. The answer to this question depends on the girl at the moment and the vibes of the conversation. You should actively listen and judge the girl and the vibe and then decipher if this is the right moment or you should wait a bit more. There are no rules of thumb because you must treat every person as an individual. Every person is different and what you do with girl a may not work with girl b. Also your behavior on a dance club and on a stroll in the park…

Look man, you should listen to most of the advice you have received here. Specially read around scarcity mindset and abundance mentality. Desperation is something that permeates every single facet of your body and behaviour and girls have a sixth sense for it. Get rid of it, relax and smile. Specially relax. Also, as someone who lives in Hamburg I have to say, south asian student living in München... Don't be too hard on yourself. You are playing hard mode my dude. Its not you. Stick with your a…

How can I be like you? I don't want to complete man-whore phase but I also want to live a little before settling down. I work out and look decent. I've worked a lot in my inner game and mostly daygame but my progress is really slow and I've got the feeling that I give too much platonic best friend vibes. Should I start hitting the night hard?

This is something that you learn with time. Some people get it before they are 18, some people still don't get it in their late 20s. The difference between being logical and being fun, this are your words for a very common problem. How to be myself in social situations? How to have fun and get the girl and stop being in my head all the time? This revolves around the ability to be yourself and, as everything, it goes back to your ability to be confident in yourself. People who are confident in th…

Im taking notes 🧐 Also, the best approach is to focus on behavior and polarize in this way, right? Like probably the best approach for a low-energy, kind of introverted girl is a high-energy, extroverted approach. Or am I reading it wrong?

Hey, there are a lot of issues that may cause such a problem. You and your boyfriend should have a couple of very honest conversations and decide a path forward. What you discover may be uncomfortable. This issues can be: Psychological: too much stress, not in the mood, too tired, depression Psychosexual: he may have porn addiction, a debilitating fetish or maybe he is not attracted to you. Biological: problems with blood pressure, aggressive medication or hormonal issues. I don't know how old a…

I am going to use a word that it is forbidden in this sub but whatever: therapy Everybody that gets into seduction goes through the same cycle: first they focus on logistics, routines and outer game. then they realize that inner game, self confidence, values and self worth are as important, if not even more important when having game. To fix outer game you can be as drastic as you feel like. From rehearsing a couple of openers, buying a couple of new shirts, to hitting the gym for 2 years, hirin…

There are thousands of books about the small details, routines, openings, vocabulary. If you are asking about it you are missing the point. Routines, openings and pick up lines are crutches that you use as training wheels until you develop the talent and the confidence enough to be a natural. The point of ops post is that he could have used whatever technique or method and it would have been successful. A natural has charisma, it doesn't matter much which routine he uses. A natural uses the righ…

Being in the same group of friends as a natural can be exhausting as well. I haven't met many of them irl but a lot seem to get girls by just making the conversation about themselves only and hogging the spotlight. Call it "having game" or "being jealous" all you want. They do have game. It does work wonders. But they don't make for very good friends.

Yeah you got it most of it. Attractive and charismatic does mean polarising and confident. But polarising means very different things in Daygame and Nightgame. Someone could go to a random girl in a coffee shop and say "hey sugartits lets fuck". It will absolutely go terrible and then they will wonder "why? I was confident and polarising 😭". Cold approaches in daygame are mostly low investment interactions in which you approach someone with a small opening and you gage her interest in you in the…

It has always been very hard to build a business out of pick up. A natural transition has been to slowly move towards self improvement (a bit what Manson did) but that means either silently getting away or publicly disavowing the less marketable and sanitized parts of their past, i.o.w. pick up. If you want to sell books you have to sell some kind of life journey and not tell the truth like "I just wanted to have a lot of consensual sex with chicks, nothing wrong with that, here is how i did it …

I've found that men and women both agree that PUA theories and concepts exist and work, but you will only get them to listen and agree with you, as long as you don't call them Pick-up theory or dating advice. If you explain the concepts and ideas behind attraction dynamics to a girl and she will agree with you but if you try to summarize it all into a theory or give it a name they will flinch.

Look i have the feeling that many people speak about how badly perceived it is to approach someone nowadays, but no one has done it and judged for themselves. We spend so much time saying how cold approaching is seen badly that we have scared ourselves from doing it. Here is the trick: be friendly, be very polite, leave your ego home and approach everyone with a friendly and honest mindset. Not only girls you find attractive.

She is using you to get herself off. She is either doing it knowingly (she is a bad person) or unknowingly (she is a selfish person/ princess-type). You have 2 choices here: The easy one is to, the next time she sexually opens to you (she will surely do it again), engage. Either keep following her lead and do what she wishes in hopes that things change and you are reciprocicated, or maybe try to play game, leave her on read, "hot-and-cold" to see how she responds. The hard one is to take control…

Most of the people here, where are just a little awkward normal guys who need a small push to open up and shine. It is useful to get reminded every once in a while that there needs to be some method and thought behind the approach.

Some people are alpha sigma wolves who can escalate and handle infinite rejection no problem and keep moving forward. If you blindly throw yourself to every fucking person you find attractive, without tentatively gauging their interest first or try to see if the feelings are mutual, you are going to eat a lot of shit. For most humans some method behind your approaches can spare us some heart ache. Numbers game is in the end dehumanising for you and for them. It works, sure, eventually.

Just commenting to let everybody know that if you enjoyed a book and it helped you, there is nothing wrong with supporting the guy who wrote it. Writing books about this and associating your name with this community can damage your reputation, making a buck from this business can be hard.

Good luck man, cry and feel like shit, but accept it and overcome it and better yourself. Women and men are not very different biologically, most of our differences are sociological and come from our different upbringings. Think about it. If you would happen to find yourself at the top of the social piramid, wouldn't you have done the same? Don't hate on her for taking advantage of the position we as a society put her in.

You are confusing the terms a litte bit here. Qualifying aka "showing that you are unique" is what you do to attract and show your prospective partner that you have value. If you are interested in him you should be trying to smoothly Qualify yourself and show that you are more valuable than just your body. If he likes you he should be trying to do the same, qualifying himself to you.

Women dating advice is amazing if you understand that they dont explain you everything. They dont explain it. Women dating advice about being funny and yourself always omits saying that it only works if she already finds you attractive physically. Game is also about recognising signals. If you are an amazing attractive guy who doesnt get the point you won't get much. Many of the signals women give are less of the "im seducing you" and more of "come here and seduce me, Im rooting for you". You still have to approach. Mark Manson is for inner game, Material and routine is for Marketing. If you are a great guy but dont market yourself you are going to eat shit. I think you should put an effort into the other parts of your life. That does not mean that you have to have a very important and time consuming side hobby but yes that you should be a versatile person with lots of experience and the ability to relate and bond with others. Going out alone is dificult. You kinda dont have any friends to lay back if things go south or you feel awkwars or shy. You also have no social proof to back onto. On the other side I have felt groups drag you down a little bit and the bad mood of Somebody in a group kinda spreads like a germ. What I found best to try and meet girls is to go alone or with 1, maybe 2 likeminded individuals with the same goals.

This is exactly what I was about to ask! Im glad I'm not the only one to notice. On one side you are supposed to polarise sooner rather than later, express your interest in a clear way. It hurts a lot, White Koala. Oneitis is like a drug and you are on withdrawal. The castle on the sky you built has fallen down. Its very painful to get rejected by the one, but at the same time it will help you to grow up. The feelings will pass, with time and approaching and cure. Grief but survive.

I am really starting to understand how you could write a whole book about this. I will save this thread and reread it once in a while

Many thanks. In your experience: when seeing/ getting a signal of discomfort you should ease the pressure and give her some space or is it an indication of disinterest and you should move on?

Most of us are beginners here to be honest, we encourage eachother while some of the veterans lurk and occasionally shepherd us. I am very new myself, I am not an amazing player myself, most of my work and gains have been on inner game and presentation and in learning to express my desires when I find someone attractive. Learning boundaries is also very important and if you don't have experience it can be very threatening. At the beginning I was very scared, waiting to read a signal that would n…

This write-up of yours is incredible. I do not agree with everything you say but it reflects very well my life experiences. Your second comment is a very good explanation of why you should go past the platonic stage and sexualise yourself (don't be afraid to make it about sex) while the first comment is a step to step guide, which are always useful

Your input is greatly appreciated, really. I see the guys I work with as friends and friends only but there’s been a guy I’ve had my eyes on since day one. I worry that my friendliness towards other guys makes him think I’m not interested in him That's exactly what's happening to me. She is a very friendly person but I kinda can't avoid seeing her friendliness as some kind of armor she has to wear to keep up a professional facade while being hit on all day every day. In any other position I woul…

To get deep with people and Girls, to attract them, you need to polarise. It will inevitably offend some and attract others

I agree with your description, because Ive lived it in my skin very recently. Too much investment, not enough practice, getting way into your own head... In the end this will only end when you get rejected so much that you wont be so invested in a particular girl's reaction

Show vulnerability. Tell the truth. Wondering this, means that you are ashamed of being a Virgin. Shows that you care too much.

I dont think you need help turning things sexual or heating up the situations with her, she is doing it for you already! Common man! The rest of us havent had it that easy! You only need to close it. Just place your hand on her knee, look at her in the eyes and go for the kiss. I know fear of rejection is big, but you know that she is into you already. You are here just for that kick in the ass that makes you wake up. Remember, good quality women dont normally wait for you to get over yourself a…

Hey I lost a ton of weight recently after trying a lot of diets and methods for more than 10 years. /u/justwannamatch gave you a lot of amazing food tips so Im going to focus on the mental side of things which is the thing that failed me during 10 years. Losing weight its an issue of calories in/out in the end, its not rocket science. Whats going to help you in the end was portion control and long term changes to our relationship with food. My relationship with food was messed up. It was like if…

This post has so much potential yet it kinda leaves you back at the beginning. All of us who are here either had a transformation or need to transform yet. For us idiots who still need to transform this post offers very little. Ok, you were in a bad place and now you are in a good one because you learned confidence and fire breathing and shit but a story without a middle its kinda dry. Edit: also, the ammount of sex shaming here is incredible. What the fuck do you guys care if he Swings or not

Been thinking hard about this since you posted. In the end I think thats the best piece of advice I could have received. I think im heading straight to a mistake. But maybe thanks to this I will be grateful for having made a mistake instead of having made nothing at all.

I would like to know more about how do you assess how a girl is feeling in regards to you. When you have a relationship built up already and see some IOI but not others and you are feeling on the fence. You sometimes feel the atraction between both of you but some other times you feel like she is rejecting you. Hope I managed to explain myself well. Are there signals stronger than others? How do you know on which side of the fence she is? How do you keep building atraction from this point onward…

Thats a very good question. For me its very easy to close the touch distance as I gesticulate a lot with my hands. If your hands stay to your sides all the time it will be difficult to breach the distance. An inoffensive hand or shoulder or hand on back while you guys are talking side by side is a good place to start and reassures her but also you as well, if you are not used to being touchy on conversations. Women dont bite.

What I learned from lurking around reddit is that only 10% of people are genuinely gorgeous and another 10% are genuinely ugly. For the rest of us its all about fitness, grooming and presentation.

Thats exactly the post that i needed to read right now. Im really hung up on a girl right now. We are on the same wavelength and get along magnifically but right now I would have fallen into the niceguy trap: not knowing how to create atraction and escalation. Without escalating and building that Attraction, its just a highway to the friendzone. I need to close the gap and create more physical intimacy. Thanks :)

Reading your post it feels like bittersweet. I can't say you fucked up but you didn't slept with those chicks so I can't say mission acomplished. You didn't ruin any future possibilites (maybe you augmented them) and that's enough of a victory for itself. :) You didn't fuck up. To those that may think that they would have banged those twins (or have banged twins) I will say that the relationship between 2 twins is very very complex; and diferent between each pair. You may find a couple that want…

-Your smiles are earned. Could you explain this to me a little bit more pls? I understand that you don't have to put all the effort in the conversation and you don't need to needily laugh at everything she says. But I've been told to smile at girls no matter what because a smile is always more atractive and friendlier.
