| 1 | Fuck whisperThe problem in this scenario is that the law is designed to protect the child. The child didn't choose the circumstances of its birth, or to have a manipulative mother. I completely agree that women who do this to entrap and get revenge on a man (by financially ruining his life) should suffer dire consequences, but as it stands the law serves the child rather than the mother in this case.
