4	Should conscription be gender neutral? The thing with the army, at least the Norwegian one, is it sees what you’re able to do and then assigns you for a role that fits you. Like if you want to be a tanker and you fit the role of a driver you get that role. And I’m pretty sure women are 100% able to be a soldier, it’s mostly the logistics soldiers that do the heavy lifting, or engineer soldiers.
