So staying inside a warm house, not having to work, while the husband works like a dog for 12 hours a day in freezing temperatures… not having to worry about bills as a woman, all I would have to do is clean and cook a few meals… if that is oppressed… sign me up!

Why?

Men have to prove it. Women only have to claim it. I’ve Heard, horror stories of men destroyed by this through people I’ve known.

They are also doing it because the risk outweighs the benefits. A man could be an honest, upstanding person, never cheats on his wife, supports the household and family. 20 years later, the wife changes her mind and cheats on him. Can make up the story, get divorced, take half of what he built for himself even prior to the marriage.

Small business owner here I’ve had one woman acting the way you described but actually the men have been more like that in my experience Note: I’m actually male, but I use a female avatar to not get banned as much

So the traditional wife of the 1930s got free room and board, got to decorate the house the way she wanted, spends husbands money on clothes, shopping, lunch with friends, had no real financial problems… and only had to spend some time to prepare daily meals in exchange for basically a worry free life with all her needs met… and that was women being oppressed??

Not sure. But I could see it if they entered marriage under false pretenses thinking it would lead to more sex. In reality it’s almost always the opposite outcome.

They think it will happen to them They think by marrying the girl they will have unlimited access to the vagina But once they are locked in, they will not have set access unless she allows it And she will usually dangle it, like a puppy dog treat. And make the guy do all kinds of stuff for her. And then he still may not get any access. They get taken in

When you blame a group of people for supposed problems all you do is drive them away more. It should come as no surprise to anyone.

Dude. I had to Reddit accounts before this. Within a month I got banned left and right from all these different subs. Since putting a female avatar, I can say all the same kind of stuff and nothing happens. Well actually, I’ve only been banned from one. I contacted the MOD and wrote verbatim “ can I please have another chance? I’m a girl “ Within a day I was allowed back in the sub

I agree. I want a space free of narcissism and fear of accusations Im M btw. I post with female avatar. This is my 3rd Reddit account. Less getting banned now for the same nature of comments. I rest my case.

I’m surprised honestly. I would prefer to hire a man in a position that is predominantly female. I won’t need to “check the temperature” before asking a task be completed.
