I’m active duty so beard is a no go. I’m working on getting leaner in the hopes it can burn some fat off my face but I’m already fairly lean. When I get done with training I’m going to try a Keto/Carnivore diet and see if that helps.

Just continue working out hard in the gym/ in sports, focus on mimicking people who are successful. I.e how do they dress? How do they stand? What jokes have I heard that got girls attention? Therapy is a huge scam. Anytime I feel like shit or depressed (which is frequent) I just go for a run or hit the gym, vibe to some music, then make sure I get a good meal afterwards. It works.
