Yeah I'm stocky too and carry it in my legs (and my shrinking gut). I've been focusing more on running lately so I'll probably drop weight and fat. Right now I'm doing it for conditioning and endurance so I'm not as worried about physique.

I'm in the same living situation, but she's happy to support keto my fitness/diet regimen. She honestly was a big help in dropping from 255lbs to 192. Start eating healthy for two weeks and you might find a decent amount of support.
