The legislature presumably could have used a different word if that's what they intended. They used "individual". Not even "female individual", or some other term of art intended to exclude everyone else's reproductive rights. Just "individual". It covers everyone. This is why men complain they get no pussy. The "random girl" doesn't sound very random. Why was she paying attention to the interaction of two strangers "far away"? And how in the world would she come to that conclusion?
