2	30 months is a disgustingly low number I’ll get downvoted for this but I’m genuinely asking, she was 17 and unmarried, he was 13. Both were minors. Yes she was closer to being an “adult” than he is but I always thought statutory rape was an 18 year old having sex with someone under the age of 18.
