I live in South Korea but i dont watch Kdramas since it idealizes Korean men, which is so far off the mark to their real life counterparts.

What a convoluted way of thinking. It must be confusing to be doing all that mental gymnastics

I'm waiting for your Turin breakdown because I read that book and I'm still pissed at him. Granted he had a bad start but his dad was imprisoned by Morgoth himself and stayed HVM until the end.

I love this! Will be waiting for your next posts. I'm kinda scared that some of my favorite LOT characters will be included. Eol and his son Maeglin definitely belong to this list as well as Turin Turambar.

Another great fact about her life : she had a younger sister Arsinoë who fought with Cleopatra for power when she was in her early teens (some accounts say 12ish or so), actually cornered Julius Caesar in the Lighthouse in Alexandria and almost ended him there had not Caesar jumped from in the Nile for safety.

For a hot minute there I thought I posted while I was asleep. I was also in a 12-year relationship where I wasn't happy. Good thing we're not married; there's no divorce in my country so that was my excuse when people asked why we were not married. Our lives were so tangled up because of our kid and families. What finally gave me the courage to leave was moving to a different country for work and realizing that for the first time in more than a decade, I was happy without him.

Oh gods I'm having flashbacks of my ex asking me for 1 more chance. Those 11 years were your chance! Smh.

God I should've done this the first of the many times my ex did this to me, with our little boy at the back of the car sleeping. Good for her!

I'm in a LDR (I know, we can't help it with out careers) but when we're together life is in easy mode. He travelled for almost 36 hours from South America to Asia to help me move to a new apartment, fix my computer and put up paintings on my wall. I lost the jewelry he gave me and he bought a new one without blaming me (which my ex would've totally done).

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
