No, I am saying that being rejected sucks. Whether it's shooting a shot first sight, or if you wasted time being a slimy liar. That rejection feels bad remains valid - your pre-rejection investment is what is useless. Men are absolutely "allowed" to have any feeling, but other men should also be able to call them out when those feelings are an excuse to spout bullshit. Iron sharpens iron.

Being rejected sucks. Full stop. It doesn't suck more or less because you simped for 6 months before you were rejected. That is the reward of approaching with dishonesty. So, the brain vomit attempting to build validation for the feeling of rejection sucking is absolute bullshit. Being rejected sucks. Romantically, platonically, and professionally. It needs no justification based on "but, but, but I did x, y, and z!" So what? You can do everything perfect and STILL LOSE. That's just life - not a…

Venting of negative emotions triggers reward circuits in the brain that can cause venting to be more habitual for dopamine reward than actually solving any problems. Accept the feelings, and that they are valid. Look at the triggers for negative emotions. Eliminate the triggers.

That your feelings are valid does not mean your behaviors or your thoughts about your feelings are. Nobody will say a damn thing if you say "Getting rejected feels bad." That is valid. It's the bullshit that follows - the brain vomit - that is, well, bullshit. "Getting rejected feels bad because...." No. Nobody cares. Everybody wants to include their entire life story with each new bad event. Stop that shit. One bad event is one bad event. Failure is going to happen. Life is gonna suck. Shit wil…

Ah, an other old dude concerned with the shiftlessness of these young men. Good looking out, brother!

First and foremost, understand that there isn't just one realm of masculinity. A lot of our modern, one-cut idea of masculinity is due to moving from agricultural living, to industrial living, to goods-and-services based living. The modern world really, really, really wants anything and everything to be as homogenous and cookie-cutter as possible. All replaceable cogs in the big machine. When the only initial pushback is "men are men and women are women" a lot of the nuance is lost. Let's imagin…

Consider the target audience. This isn't published for who it's about. It is published to establish that this is a manner of concern, and the caveat is to explain that this is not isolated to a sociopolitical belief - despite the fact it ends with a sociopolitical statement. Edit: this ISN'T published for who it is about.

Rejection? In male-to-male interactions, especially for men under 30, rejection would be the mildest of concerns. In many circumstances, we may face outright violence.

Young man, this is not a healthy relationship, and you seem to care more for it than the other party. You need to step away from it. You are either being stringed along, or you are stringing yourself along. Time to move on.

The idea behind the phrase "A man is not an island unto himself" is actually a statement against individualism. It is stating we are part of a whole and we are interconnected: No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were. as well as if a manor of thy friend’s or of thine own were. Any man’s death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefo…

I can't particularly speak for dudes out for their own. Then again, I'm an old married dude. When I was younger the idea was to bring your A-game, even with hookups, so that you both found it worth doing again. There was definitely performance pressure involved. If Reddit is any indication, all these young dudes think it's about a cock the size of a tall boy beer can rather than a little anatomical knowledge.

You have to be utterly orgasm starved, as that has been your constant go-to throughout the post. It is a fair argument, I suppose. But, don't be fooled. An ejaculatory orgasm isn't always "good," and the post-nut clarity that follows takes that away. Also, while women are more susceptible to STI, men are conversely less likely to be symptomatic so that they know they need treatment. That is just the downside of double the length of urethra.

Get the Audiobook "Fuck Feelings" by Michael I. Bennett and Sara Benett. Stop asking why you’ve got weaknesses and start preventing them from turning you into a jerk. In any case, just because you feel out of control doesn’t mean you should have been able to prevent it. Instead of searching for mistakes or weaknesses, judge yourself realistically, in terms of what a good person can actually do in a bad situation. A good person is not someone who is trying to be happy, because that’s not possible…

Seriously. Look around some time. People get all hung up on shit because of looks or whatnot. This sub, the fitness subs, dick subs. All that shit is fucking neurotic. I have seen absolute hideous chuds with stunning women, and very attractive dudes with female Hutts. It's about chemistry and compatibility and confidence.

Your opener is "Your hair sure smells nice." Er... I dunno dude. Just be you. You are you, you have value. Be confident in that.

This explanation of weight gain is accurate. Much like saying "to fly you need things to keep you into the air." As in, not technically wrong, but completely clueless. "To drive a car, you need gas." Well, ok then!

I'm with the chorus on this one: she is outright saying she's a big girl. And this fuck wasted time that could have been used making a chubby chaser happy. Shout out to the dudes that like their girls big.

I can't say exactly why I even follow this sub. Morbid curiosity? Anyway, no need to shame. There are things some of these fellas can pick up that will improve overall social skills, and that can lead to success in other areas of life. Really, networking is one of the big deals, and that does a lot in life. I had a buddy that had things pretty well put together, and ran good game. But, he was miserable. Pushing 40, wanting a family. He got married last year. Let people learn and grow.

Still a tad short here - it's about growing together, and allowing the other to GROW FROM their flaws, as well as expecting better of yourself and growing from your flaws. Taking from it "accept me as I am" is how we got into the shitshow. That's where the soulmate/perfect match shit comes from. I love you enough to let you grow WITH me.

Right? I mean... I AM here to see chicks that physically assault men catch a comeuppance - but, that's because I support equality. I could care less about what angry, hairy legged lesbians are doing to Trump supporters. It's like choosing which strain of anal cancer you'd rather die of.

Brave man. This comment is like wading through a feminist march screaming "COME ON, YOU SAUSAGE WALLETS! I NEED A BLOW JOB!" Except the crowd are all failed cousin-fuckers. Come back with your shield, or on it I guess...
