I think at least some of these people missinterpretated ( purposefully or not) what the psychologist on Depp's team said about mutual abuse. She was referring to Heard and her ex-wife. The mutual abuse bullshit is such a stupid claim. All Amber needed to win was to prove one instance of abuse and Johnny would loose..

The word "manchild" reminded me of a story I've heard - basically a man divorced a woman after their wedding because his mother kept telling him to dump her. Some time after that he apologized and blamed the mother for ruining his life. It made me think. I mean, I can't say that this guy wasn't an ass because I have no evidence to back it up. But every time things like these happen men are called "manchildren" or "mommy's boys", like they can't be victims of abuse and manipulation. Everyone just…

As a female antifeninist, I can relate. It's sad and annoying, especially when these people instantly jump into acusing you of being sexist even when you're not. Personally, I'm an antifeninist because I'm egalitarian, I'm far from being sexist (at least I hope I am). Male feminists annoy the shit out of me, but at least I can laugh about some of their bullshit. One man tried to explain to me how a woman feels in front of stranger men.. isn't that "mansplaining"? Lmao. But there's nothing worse …

Sorry I didn't read the article but based on my experience I think these two things might have something to do with this: Favouritism. In schools I attended favouritism was very apparent. Teachers adored the good students regardless of their gender, but the bad students weren't as lucky. The thing is, it was easier for the girls to be "redeemed". Seriously, all we had to do was to either apologize or cry and everything was forgiven. We also had a better access to councling, especially in primary…

Being an anti-feminist doesn't mean being against women's rights. If you seriously think abortion is child murder even when the child is going to die anyways and take its mother with it if noone would do something you're stupid. Seriously, you're so pro-life you're willing to kill two people. I'm egalitarian. I fight for equality of everyone and doing so for women doesn't make me a feminist, just like fighting for men doesn't make me a misagonists. I'm an anti-feminist because feminism is everyt…

Technically yes but addiction is often a coping mechanism. The dude was in severe distress and I can't blame him for (most likely impulsively) grabbing the bottle. I can relate to this guy. I'm a smoker. When I'm really stressed out, on the edge of a panic attack even, I catch myself smoking two packs of ciggaretes in few hours when I usually smoke 8 ciggaretes a day. I can't control myself in these situations, I'm completely consumed by my emotions and smoke pretty much automatically. I don't e…

For those who still think that feminism also defends men victims. I debated a feminist like this. First she was claiming men can't get raped because they're strong blah blah blah, then she changed her narrative and said "of course there are male victims and I support them". But what happened at the end was ridiculous, it still cracks me up: She was talking about female victims so I used "women" in my response.. and she got mad because "men can get raped too". Girl, what the fuck that's what I've…

They aren't the same. Razors for men are designed to shave the face while razors for women to shave much bigger areas, like legs. That's why razors for women have anti-slippery "thingies" added to them, which adds to the price. As a woman who used both, razors for women are way better. With men razors you have to be carefull unless they'll slip and cause wounds. I think that people who don't see a difference either never used men razors or shave really carefully.

Any context? Because without it, it looks like the girl is in the right and the situation has nothing to do with feminism. Harrasing children isn't okay, no matter if they should or shouldn't be on that site or internet in general. Are the acusations fake and based souly on the fact that he's a guy?

They are. People are born transgender because of hormonal imbalances during pregnancy (sorce). This results in a baby who's brain gender doesn't match their bodies. Studies show that men and women have different brain structures. Here's one of them. Gender isn't defined by genitals but by our brains. That's why a man is still a man even if you'd cut out his shlong. Ironically a lot of transphobes use that as an argument unknowingly proving validation of trans people. Defining gender by genitals …

How is asking about their mother, an individual, stereotyping a group of people? Maybe read the post first before speaking up and insulting others for no reason.

"Genital preference is transphobic" what's next? Being gay is misogynictic? While trans women are women and trans men are men, they can't expect every straight or homosexual person to be into them, especially pre bottom surgery. Why won't they allow people to have preferences? Why won't they just date people who are into them instead of guilttripping the ones who aren't? Pretty sure doing that is some kind of sexual harrasment.. I get that not being able to date people on far sides of sexuality …

It's perfectly normal to be anxious around people who are similar to your abuser. That means gender, race, body shape, posture etc. No rational human being has an issue with it. But it becomes a problem when that traumatised person generalises a whole ass group of people based on acts of that one individual. Trauma isn't an excuse to be a bigot, it needs to be treated.. I really don't get why people think it's okay to use trauma as an excuse for missandry while (rightfully so) critisizing people…

While I think this guy's feelings are valid, and this thing could be a deal breaker the world isn't black and white. Her past is something she's really ashamed of, probably even traumatised since she wasn't doing it because she wanted to but HAD to. The fact that she was washing her body and clothes after every client shows that she felt, and most likely still feels disgusted. Of course she won't be talking about it with a random dude she found on tinder and had a first date with. Two months int…

At least he wouldn't insult her by calling her a misogynist for not hating men, which is sexist af. Not hating men ≠ hating women. Thinking another woman is an incel or a pickme because she doesn't have opinions you think she should have as a woman is misogynistic af.

They're right about pick up artists though. It's basically FDS for men, + you have to pay for coaching. They stereotype women and treat them like objects, like sex robots. You press the right buttons and you'll get that mysthycal sex everyone's talking about. They support cheating and breaking up for stupid reasons. I feel bad for the brainwashed man who thinks he did something horrible by "mansplaining"... Mansplaining isn't that big of an issue and is definitely not gendered.. My boyfriend is a "mansplainer". Don't know why but whenever I tell him a personal story he's like " it happened because of this and that" even though he doesn't know the people involved in this story or their motivations. Just because I respect women doesn't mean I'm a feminist. I'm on this sub for a reason.. I'm bringing up rape because "she decided to have that baby" is the favourite argument against giving a woman the seat on r/pussypassdenied. I just want to show how stupid that argument is. Just because it's a rapist's baby doesn't mean that their life is worthless and their death doesn't matter..

Tbh, I really liked that sub until they started roasting a pregnant woman for asking for a seat.. I understand that anyone can get tired, not only the pregnant ladies. But imagine if the driver would have to stop the bus out of the blue. The lady could fell down, which could even kill the baby. That's why being tired isn't an excuse to deny a seat for someone who's pregnant, blind etc. The consequences of them falling down can be deadly. Also, there's nothing wrong with asking for a seat if you …

This! Unless if the obesity is life threatning. In that case we shouldn't give up easily imo. They don't need to become skinny athletes, just loose enough weight to move around without huge difficulties and be able to go through surgeries if they need one.

You're joking, right? I'm a woman. I fell in love with my boyfriend without even knowing how he looked like (we met online). He turned out to be skinny, avrage height, etc. And I don't care. I believe that everyone should be able to have their preferences. Want a strong man with a big dick? Fine. Want a fit woman with large breasts? Fine. Having preferences is natural and nobody should be shamed for having them but on the other hand, nobody should be shamed for having a small penis or being overweight. Don't want to date people with these traits? Just reject them and leave them alone, no need to thrash all over them for things they can't control. Even people who can control their we…

Tbh, I feel like this argument is pointlessly gendered.. It's true that guys aren't being taken as seriously as women but assholes are assholes regardless of their gender. I've met both men and women who used my mental illnesses as an argument when we were fighting. It's not about "gender mentality" it's about knowing your strenght. I know plenty of guys who wouldn't help out. I'm bi and I think genitalias are gross. I wouldn't have sex with anybody unless we'd both take a shower. I don't think there's anything wrong in having an opinion like that if you don't use it to shame people. Especially if you're not attracted to them.

Not really pissing me off but it's fucking stupid. Actresses who think not wearing a corset is empowering. Congrats, you just made the movie not historically acurate because of a myth made up by men who wanted to deprive women of fashion - the only way they could express themselves at the time. I think you're right. This whole "men are pedos because they like childlike voices and babyfaces" narrative is really creepy and damaging both to men and women with these traits. Like, imagine being a woman and being shamed for your aperance by a feminist who claims to fight for you.. Or a man being called a pedo because of a generalisation.. What's up with feminists acusing men of being pedos? Sounds like projecting.. I feel like though no parent cares that much about about the gender of their babies, I mean, it's 50/50 and you gotta love what you get, everyone has a preference and that's okay. I'd like to have a boy. I think that's because I relate to them more. I've always been a tomboy and 90% of my friends are men..

I'm not saying that one gender gets abused more than the other, all I'm saying is that these statistics should be taken with a pinch of salt. Men aren't taken seriously when it comes to being molested or raped, they are also getting gaslighted to think they can't experience that or what they went through isn't sexual abuse or is nowhere near what women experience so they shouldn't whine about it.
