The only reason the guy is looking creepy is because he didn't move back a single inch after the mother aggressively, knowingly, and nonchalantly cut-in-line in front of him. Had the man moved back, or had the man looked away, it would have sent the clear signal to the mother that he didn't feel like it was worth arguing and that he was fine with them taking over his spot in line. They didn't make a mistake. The line-cutting from the mother was very deliberate. The mother was the instigator.
