There is zero evidence that brothels and online prostitution (most of which is still pimp run btw) are safer for women. The evidence shows that prostituted women face high levels of violence regardless of the legal environment. A few studies show that they are more empowered to report said violence to authorities in contexts where sex buying is illegal and is recognized as exploitation. But there are practically zero studies saying legalization is safer. Legalized sex buying explodes the size of…

Do they “recruit” them by sexually assaulting them? Or getting them drug addicted? You sound ridiculous. Also I provided four links with statistics, Including one of the actual relative rates of PTSD among various dangerous professions including prostitution so feel free to comment when you’re done.

Are the majority of people in those fields coerced into them? Are emergency physicians drug addicted? Are people in the army having their paycheck taken from them at knifepoint? No they aren’t. Which is why their rates of PTSD are around a FIFTH that of prostituted women. Don’t be stupid. While about 5-12% of Australian military personnel who have experienced active service have PTSD at any one time, this is about the same (10%) as rates for police, ambulance personnel, firefighters and other re…

Janitors don’t exhibit PTSD rates comparable to survivors of armed combat. Janitors are generally not impoverished / homeless / drug addicted / forced to work as literal children. Why are you so damn lazy when it comes to doing the smallest amount of research?

the black market and prohibition is what enables trafficking I’ve explained the scale effect to you. At this point you’re just clownish. it’s ignorant if you to assume that only women are sexual workers 95+% of prostituted people are female, no “assumptions” needed. willing sex workers Kind of oxymoronic. slavery remains illegal You’re literally advocating for policies known to create whole industries of sex slavery. there’s nothing inherently evil about sex work Yeah, it’s evil to fuck someone …

Because paid rape isn’t “work”? Because if you knew the first thing about the lives of prostituted women, you’d know “consent” is meaningless?

Dont argue with me, argue with researchers. It’s called the market scale effect. Thousands of men will INDEED traffic women into sexual slavery if it is profitable to do so. Almost like our legal and political systems have an actual effects on markets or sum?! we heard all of this same doom and gloom nonsense about cannabis legalization from those ideologues Well thanks for admitting that you view women as consumable commodities, that’s refreshing. right now, if a sex worker or customer sees or …

Wrong and wrong and wrong Trafficking explodes because there will never be enough women willing to fuck the number of smelly violent men who WANT to fuck them when all legal and societal consequences are removed from sex buying. Also not sure what you’re talking about, “without fear of arrest”, who tf is advocating to criminalize victims of prostitution? prohibition causes trafficking If you’re selling a product (in this case, women) do you want it legal or illegal to buy said product? Use a lit…

Who’s “assuming” anything? We know punters are violent. Sticking your dick in someone who doesn’t want it there is called what, again??? A UN multi-country study found that men perpetrating rape of non-partners and violence against intimate partners are associated with prostitution-buying. Studies of punters have found they are more likely to commit rape and other aggressive sexual acts. The contempt sex buyers have for women is born out in survivor testimony and their own words on punter forums…

Designating an underclass of impoverished and abused women to absorb men’s sexual violence is a pretty good marker of misogyny, I should think.

Many many women are misogynists. Designating an underclass of impoverished and abused women to absorb men’s sexual violence is a pretty good marker of misogyny, I should think.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/21 04:33 AM

calculate it out and it results in there being about TWICE as many sexually active women compared to men. Is explained by Women outnumber men in college And You can try to bs this data but even a 5% difference here is significant. Maybe to you? I don’t see anything to wring hands over.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/21 09:53 PM

How can a misogynist man be hot? It’s disgusting.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/21 09:46 PM

Believing there should exist a class of women to service men’s sexual whims for the “betterment of society” is beyond misogynist, it’s pathological. More than almost anything else, support for legalized prostitution is probably the belief that most characterizes liberal feminism. How confused you sound!

You most definitely CAN link to wtf you’re talking about, it is not my job to do your work for you. Oh this is embarrassing.... Men are more likely than women to report they’ve had more sexual partners Only 13% more women than men report being sexually active

Where do you get that women “seek them out”? It’s more an issue of fending off an onslaught of men peddling dick 24/7, with the occasional “eh, why not?”
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/21 01:28 PM

The topic is the sex industry. Forgive me for being baffled as to why you bring up arrests and imprisonments that have NOTHING to do with said topic. You made a truly ridiculous claim- that the men who are wrongly imprisoned were put there by women- and now you are refusing to support said claim with evidence. Stay on topic. And don’t say absurd things you can’t province evidence for.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/21 01:25 PM

Yeah. And now it’s all “there’s a whole class of women with similar sexual and romantic experience but we think we’re too good for them looks-wise so they don’t count”. 😆

sexual satisfaction on speed dial Is this a joke? Women don’t even have regular orgasms in casual encounters.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/21 11:03 AM

Lmfao men’s sexuality is plastered all over popular media and defines heterosexual relationships to the point where the things that get women off aren’t even considered sex. Pornography is ubiquitous and is popularly considered men’s god-given right to access. Would that women’s sexual rights were similarly repressed 😂

When you take away poverty, drug addiction, homelessness, racist and colonial violence, relationship violence, there are next to zero “volunteers” to service multiple smelly men a day, strangely. The majority of prostituted women were first prostituted as children, you think an escape route materializes on their eighteenth birthday? “Hypocritical”, my ass. /r/PurplePillDebate18/06/21 10:29 AM

The real disturbing part is that these men view potential romantic and sex partners primarily as masturbatory aids such that pornography is considered an adequate substitute.

/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/21 10:11 AM

If you have sex with a woman who doesn’t want to have sex with you, you deserve far worse than prison.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/21 10:10 AM

Well, seeing as dating is a two way street and men are also contributing their time, how about not put a double standard on dating? Women make up 48% of the work force, they can contribute 50% to a date. Women are the ones putting themselves at risk of STDs, pregnancy, male violence, and domestic and emotional servitude, how is that “equal”? I’m asking a woman out because I hope there is a mutual attraction that we both want to explore.and of course there are caveats to the situation, but, if I …

Most people who aren't kids are not in school anymore. Millions of graduate students in their mid twenties and early thirties would find this fascinating, do tell. No, it's always the motivator. Even if a guy in your friend groups approaches you. If a man approaches a woman that always means that he wants to fuck her. In 100% of the cases. Men don't approach women they are not sexually attracted to. Never happens. It’s not the primary motivator though. At least for decent men. Ah the typical sha…

If a guy doesn't know you Then he shouldn’t be asking me out. It makes zero sense. How is someone supposed to judge wether they would be interested in you personally when they have never interacted with you? Exactly. Which is why men of yesteryear asked women out through church or school. In most cases sex is the motivator. That's how men work. For men who wander up to rando women in public, yeah probably. But that isn’t most men. Thank god. Well you have a few options. You can either die alone,…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/21 01:11 PM

The grand feelings precede the sex for many many men, especially conservative/traditional men. If you’re wandering up to rabdo women for no better reason than they make your wiener happy, that’s not a great start for a relationship.

no, the "3 month rule" does not prove a man's investment. It proves his persistence in achieving his goals, whatever those might be. Weeds out the ones looking for an easy lay at the very least. All the more reason that the “3 month rule” should really be six months, or a year or marriage .

when you actually aren’t in that situation yourself Most people are never in a “situation” where they value meaningless sex with strangers over friendship. That’s not a common human trait. Your friend ALSO does not “have to” do that.

There are people living alone who also value the lives of others and have been quarantining. There are all sorts of online groups you can utilize to make actual friends during this time. It sounds like he needs therapy, not a revolving door of sex partners during a pandemic. It doesn’t sound like it’s emotionally fulfilling. How could it be? do you go nowhere and have kept that up for the last year? Correct. My partner and I have been out exactly once in the last year, for an emergency curbside vet visit. No visitors. Work from home. Delivery only. People are dying.

Do you think repeating ad nauseum that this is a “fear” of mine and not statistical reality that it will make it so? I’m more concerned about the statistical reality of how a portion of men behave and the fact that this would threaten the lives of women and children, yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/21 08:49 AM
1

Because a statistically significant portion of pregnancies are not fathered by a woman’s partner and a statistically significant percentage of men become violent when they learn of a partner’s infidelity. Even when there is no such suspicion, pregnancy is a dangerous time for women in relationships with men.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/21 08:40 AM

Those are anthropologically the exact same thing. You can’t separate men’s sexual desires from their constant approval seeking and status checking from other males. Just like men today with thin women. I “assume” nothing, I actually read the anthropology and HEB literature. And again there was no “husband” or “primary male”. If women had depended on male providers for our survival and the survival of our offspring, the human race wouldn’t be here. Do you believe the repeating of a thing makes it…

No? I’m referring to figurines and cave art from 25,000 years ago. The historical rarity of a fat woman is exactly why they’re sexually coveted. You yourself point out that today men covet thin women despite them being a minority.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/02/21 07:34 PM

The concept of a “husband” and “wife” was also invented around five minutes ago on an evolutionary time scale (as was the concept of a woman having to rely on a man for food) so try again.

CICO formulaically defines the relationship between dietary energy and weight, it has nothing whatsoever to do with how to actually achieve and maintain a deficit and the dozens upon dozens of physical, psychological, social, and economic barriers to doing so. Do you masturbate three times a week to these things?

Half of all women have been raped, when did the “kid glove” treatment start, exactly?

Okay but an all male society or all female society would still have social interaction with each other. You’re just avoiding the question.

Some of us don’t experience it that way and therefore aren’t “missing out”.

Yes this is my ideal!

I’m a straight woman. I’d rather look at an overweight man than a fit woman. Because I’m straight.

Once you get past "overweight" and into "obese" territory, it's not gonna be due to the bmi systems shortcomings. For women, it can be. Gynoid fat is not associated with any of the health risks of abdominal obesity. At 5’1”, I have to be over 215 before I start getting a stomach.

Mixing variables a bit there. What about an obese “girl” who is trying? Or a girl who’s 15 lbs overweight and doesn’t try?

CICO formulaically defines the relationship between dietary energy and weight, it has nothing whatsoever to do with how to actually achieve and maintain a deficit and the dozens upon dozens of physical, psychological, social, and economic barriers to doing so. Unless you know something obesity researchers and public health experts don’t.

You yourself said such a woman is rare. If 80% of women don’t meet your requirements, wtf do you call that if not picky?

“Men don’t have strong disqualifiers, just ones that eliminate 80% of the female population.”

Asexuals don’t need sexual desire to have successful relationships.

If you love your significant other you will definitely be physically attracted to your significant other. Not true, at least how Im assuming you mean “physically attracted”. As an asexual I can be aesthetically and sensually attracted to someone I’m madly in love with, but never going to want sex.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
