Back in the day women were happy to cook for their husband's, making sure food was ready for the family and everyone else. Nowadays they can't cook, nor do they seem to even care about cooking. They see it as oppression, women don't belong in the kitchen, etc.. It's not like men want women to be chained to the kitchen or something lol. But that's what they make it sound like.
