6	Men, more than women, chose mates based on physical attractiveness, whereas women, more than men, chose mates based on social status. Women aren’t a monolith. There are some women who grew up in chaotic environments where men like those are normal and even seen as “the image of masculinity”. 1	No correlation between intelligence and facial attractiveness. Genetic deficiencies aren’t always indicative of a lower level of intelligence. Stephen hawking for example, his ALS severely damaged his body and facial features but he was highly intelligent. In fact a huge portion of the list of people having a higher intelligence quotient tend to not be considered attractive.
